Great place for leisure. The hotel is crowded on the main house. If you wanna have a more relaxed holiday you should pay a bit more and stay at the new part of the hotel where is also an extra pool.

Vary bad experience in the new section, we couldnt sleep because of the flies and some problem with the AC, we called the reception by 3:40am they promised to send somebody within 2 minutes But they reach when my husband left and tried to open the door by them-self. Any how it was way below of my expectation

The hotels staff are horrible I had an incident with the saloon where I paid for a keratin treatment twice, the owner of the saloon was a racist snob, who didnt even take my complaint seriously and hung up on my face without any negotiation the hotel gave me false hope that they will forward the complaint to management and never did, wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone, plus they never change the bed sheets nasty people. Edit: I already talked to the owner hes some rude snob he promised me a refund in the first day the next day the guy is so double faced he acted like nothing happened the day before and hanged up on my face

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A SALON. MY HAIR WAS NOT CUT PROPERLY AND THE HAIR STYLIST DID NOT LISTEN TO MY SUGGESTIONS. HE BUTCHERED MY HAIR AND LEFT ME LOOKING LIKE I HAD TWO BROOMS ON MY HEAD. THE MAN SHOULDNT EVEN BE IN A SALON. HE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE AND SHOWED NO RESPECT TO HIS CUSTOMER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO PEOPLE I HIGHLY DISLIKE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ROTANA. THAT MAN WAS HORRIBLE.

Have had the pleasure of being a guest of the Rotana as I am a resident of Al Ain. With that being said Ive seen many changes made which is all for the better. Specifically to the poolside menu. Before hand the menu was lacking but has now been revamped, with MUCH more to choose from. I indulged in the decedent chicken wings and the flavors were superb. The crispness and the succulent flavors that danced on my tongue like little unicorns will not be forgotten. My only gripe was the amount of bbq sauce that my poor chicken wings were swimming in (AND another large side of BBQ sauce accompanied the dish!!). Keep the sauce on the side or just a simple light coating of BBQ sauce will suffice. Sometimes less is more. Overall looking forward to my next meal there. Many thanks!

In general it is a good hotel , good restaurants and food, very friendly staff, but we had an awful room with a terrible view to a tubes (see pictures) and ventilation system (see pictures) and we hear the burr of engines, this burr especially unnerving at night.

One of the best and biggest hotel wedding halls in Al Ain City. I had my wedding here and it was magical. If you need to have a wedding or other special event then this is the place. Their customer service is awesome, they serve delicious food & the rroms are really cozy.

It is a nice hotel, that families can have fun in the Center of Al Ain City, we enjoyed the holiday and the family has attend a wedding party in the ballroom hall in the hotel, we had a room in the classic part of the hotel in the forth floor (the last floor) . The room was clean and I had a twin large room . The staff were very helpful (many thanks to Mr. Mina. The room service was fast , I recommend this hotel for the families , there is a very nice swimming pool and SPA, and also the have villas ( look at pictures).

Extremely disappointed from the hotel management . Simply damaged my car by throwing it outside in the sun during summer ( interior damaged , some lights in the dash isnt working anymore ) although I paid for the premium rooms which has a dedicated parking in the basement . And funny enough when I complained to the management(" manager name "MINA" they simply said " sorry, we will Keep that in our records and make sure that we park your car better" and they simply wont do anything towards the current damages that occurred. And when I told him is that it ! And u ok to lose a regular customer for your staff mistake he nods his head and said as u like. What a perfect customer service . What an amazing experience from such a big chain of hotels. And for the record, I checked out to continue my vacation in dubai in another rotana hotel but of course I will never step in there again #rotana #badcustomerservice #badrotana #rotanaalain #rotanahotel

Ein Stop-Over auf dem Reiseweg. Für ein oder zwei Nächte absolut okay, für einen längeren Aufenthalt / Urlaub würde ich ein anderes Hotel vorziehen. Personal und Service waren sehr gut. Zwei Empfehlungen am Rande - wer gern vernünftigen Kaffee zum Frühstück trinkt sollte direkt Espresso ordern und am Abend unbedingt das Trader Vics im Hotel genießen, einfach toll.
