Mahmoud MesbahNot professional. Doctors dont respect time. Example my wife called for an appointment and they told her the day after at 4pm. We were there at 3:50 and we came first - no other patient was there - and kept waiting till 4:30 until doctor arrived. But to our surprise another patient who came later was admitted before us. When we complained we were told that we were on the waiting list: how ridiculous!!!! Same thing happened two weeks earlier. We kept waiting for more than 1:15 ( one hour 15 minutes ) for a pediatrist then we had to leave to Ain Al Khaleej Hospital which didnt take us more than 15 minutes to see the doc. More, during summer my wife had an approval from Daman and the aneasthesist wanted to escroc us for 50 dirhams and they had to refund us after calling Daman. In short, no respect of time and patients. And escrocs ( thieves )!!!! Beware!!!! And dont try to go the complaints department: they will never take any actions What a SHAME!!!!!!

Yasir AhmedNot professional, very bad queue system. I had an appointment at 12:00, I arrived at 11:28, I finished registration and documents checking and wait for my queue. Many people came after me and met the doctor, but I keep calm and said may be their appointment is before me, positive thinking,. At 13:45 the area was empty only me and hospital staff, medical and non medical, then I asked the receptionist why you keep me still waiting? And no body here!!! He said are you still not seen, sorry the doctor went to his home and he will come back at 17:00, and stupidly he asked me why do not enter to the doctor???. Then they tried to convince me, and said we have a new system which started to day and still we are shifting from the old to the new one, so we expect that some problem will happen and we need you to apologize us. عدم احترام للمرضى و عدم احترافية في العمل ، حيث انه كان لي موعد مع الطبيب الساعة ١٢:٠٠ و حضرت الساعة ١١:٢٠ و قمت بكل الإجراءات اللازمة للتسجيل و انتظرت دوري، و للأسف عدى الوقت ولم يأتي دوري بعد، مع العلم ان عدد كثير حضر بعدي و دخلوا و في تمام الساعة ١٣:٤٥ خلص كل الموجودين حتي كل الذين أتوا بعدي. عندها سألت موظف الاستقبال لماذا الانتظار. كانت المفاجأة انه سألني و انت الي الان ما قابلت؟ الدكتور راح بيته و الله و حيرجع الساعة ١٧:٠٠، و بغباء شديد سألني انت ليه ما دخلت؟؟؟
