Jeremy PalmerI was very disappointed with my experience at this hospital and finally I had to choose a different hospital. After my initial consultation, which was excellent, I made an appointment for treatment but 2 days before, it was suddenly changed for a reason i must say sounded very unconvincing. So we made a second appointment and I had to rearrange my work schedule again and then they cancelled this one again 2 hours before I was about to go. I called to complain about the inconvenience and my call was just put on hold so that i would eventually hang up. I feel it was a very disrespectful way to treat patients. Very poor customer service.
