Khristian PradezA basic bodybuilding gym for men with free weights, running/bike machine, and great bodybuilding atmosphere. Captains are there for those new in bodybuilding and easily approachable. It is not very crowded. Its peak attendance is from 5pm-8pm. As of this posting, membership is AED150/mo, you get discount if you pay for 3 and 6 mos. Update: Women are also allowed, though I only see one woman with his husband on a Saturday.
