Lukas BrussoloVery bad service, I arrived at the drop off station and there was no employee. After 20 minutes calling he answered saying he was on his way home! So I had to leave the car at the hotel and the day after he did the payment by himself and he incredibly charged me 100 AED extra from my credit card without my permission. It is now four weeks I am calling to get my money back and every time they tell me they are going to call me the day after (and never do) and refund my money. But until now nothing happened and I still have to call to try to get my money back. Very unprofessional and unfriendly service, I didnt expected something like this from Europcar.
