RoseBad experience! I took my parrot(african grey) to get his claws cut and he got scared from the staff and flew then fell and cut open his surgery on his stomach and started to bleed. (The surgery was done in that vet) the doctors said they would charge more to treat his surgery, even though they caused him to bleed . It was so heart breaking to see my parrot suffer like that. I wouldnt even give it a star .

Giocanda DavincciI had a terrible experience! I took my cat for grooming and when I took her she is was scared and she had 2 wounds on her leg and when I asked they said its because they were trying to renove a knot! And the next day her nail beds got infected! I took her back to them they said its OK nothing wrong and she was given an injection! Couple of days later it was getting worse! I took her to another vet and thats where I felt the difference. National vet are not qualified to treat cats so if u love ur cat plsssssss dont take her/him there :(
