Carrie SpooresI had to switch to AV due to a friend using this vet and she was the driver. I am not use to the chaos of a clinic. The phones are ringing non-stop, it is very hectic for the payment process and sometimes for check in. Someone or two need to be delegated to answering phones in another location other than at check in and check out. This gives the appearance of chaos and to be quite frank, this is when mistakes happen. More seating needs to be made available if so many customers are going to be seen. This too makes it appear chaotic and again this is when mistakes happen. Reports need to be provided to the customer each time a pet visits. In the states our vet provided a report of exact findings. The AV invoice has some info, but it does not always appear updated. The vet has been very friend the techs have been very friendly. Hopefully at their new clinic on Reem Island they take some of this info as advice and useful feedback. Many animals are already stressed when they are taken to a clinic, therefore the clinic should attempt to make every effort to alleviate the stress on the animals and owners.

Martine JI normally take my 2 cats there for grooming, staff at the reception are often rude, body language is bad in the sense that they made me felt like I disturbed them more than anything else. The latest bad experience I had was this morning, when I collected a rescued cat that was brought in for spaying and boarding for 8 days. After 8 days in their care, she was given back to me to go to her new home with the dirt in both eyes that were there the day I first saw her on the streets!!!! Yes shes a stray cat, yes we paid charity rate, but is it a reason not to even take the time to wipe the dirt from her eyes for 8 days!? I prefered not to say anything and start an argument, since I was happy this little soul has got a family. But we paid Dhs660 for the whole stay and spaying, the least was to get a cat with a clean face, didnt ask for grooming! It only shows that staff does the job only for pay day, not with their heart and passion for pets... which is sad. Just remember: each one of these pets, rescue or not, PAY your salary at the end of the month. So, do show that you care.

Al MunaDr Fadi is excellent - you may need to wait to see him but once you are there he is generous with his time and shows genuine care and compassion. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Furthermore, they gave me the wrong price on the phone by more than 100AED. Pathetic. Dont come here if you care about your wallet.

Kathleen ByrneTook a rescued kitten here, they were helpful, I was seen quickly and offered a discounted rate as it was a rescue. Doctor was helpful and knowledgeable and staff were very friendly.

Najma H.I had few bad encounters wuth the. . the staff at the reception are very rude .the first time I went there I went for the new customer free consultation that they offered on their website , yet they charged me the 700 dhs package without me requesting it. Also some of the services on the package cant be replaced for other services for example my cat was already microshipped but they refused to replace this service for another , also when I sent her for the free grooming offered on their package they literally cut her hair down to zero .My cat is persian with long hair and they made her look like a sheep . Although I signed the consent for medium trimming . Also when it was time for her 2nd vaccination it was supposed to be done same day as the trimming means i didnt witness the vaccination myself and had to pick her up later to find out that her book wasnt signed for the vaccination and when i discussed it with them they insisted she received it and signed the papers later . I highly doubt it she took it ! . Few days ago I took her back to them for she was feverish and had diarrhea . they charged 300 dhs for some antibiotics and deworming meds . The vet told me she will be better within 24 hours . however she continued to deteriorate I took her to falcon hospital later to find out that she was in severe dehydration and her kidneys are badly affected and that the antibiotic tablet they gave her could also contribute to her kidneys problem Worst service and overpriced . I am taking her to falcon hospital now they are way better .

Amanda HydenDr. Fadi provides great care at a reasonable price. He takes a more conservative approach while some other vets recommend things which run up your bill and are sometimes flat unnecessary. Hes practical, straight forward, honest and kind.

Chad LouthanWhile fostering a dog we had to use the Australian vet. Both my dog and the foster dog did not like the male vet as he seemed scared of animals at times. Quick to mussel the dog and manhandle the dog.

Mon CherieI sent my Dog grooming and got my dog back with hurt leg, he cant walk!!! And thats not all , he all hurt with clipper, nipples was clipped, nail cut too short, some places it is completely bare, he look like a map !!!! Whats wrong with you peoples?hes not a sheep... And its calling "hospital". After this hospital I had to go to another... and only for grooming them traumatized my healthy dog!

Diane NeroI am glad they were open when my cat visited her litter box many times and only put out a few drops of pee each time - on a Friday. I called their clinic and the vet who came in seemed nice & good, but she could not handle my Bahraini Delmon cat. Neither could the guy helping her. When my cat took off of the table and went up on their counter, I was the one who had to "catch" her. She is very difficult to handle, but I would expect professionals in the business of pet care to be able to do that. She had to stay overnight - she had a bladder infection. The next day when I called, the male vet said to me I was to pick her up and I could give her her meds (pill) since they could not. When I got her home & let her out of her crate, she was limping on her front right shoulder. I called the vet to find out why she was limping & was told by the male vet that when they attempted to examine her or give her her meds, she would bolt to the front of the cage and they had to slam the door shut to keep her from getting out. To me, this is quite unprofessional. I have been doing cat rescue in the USA for over 30 years and have dealt with many, many feral cats. I have never had to injure one in order to control it.
