Very interesting place to go if you want to see and learn more about falcons. The hospital visit is amazing and we could hold a falcon on our hand which is quite a thrill.

Thanks so much for taking such a good care of my two dear dogs. They came back home healthy , happy and with no weight lose which was observed after being left with other pet hotels . Such an awesome place to visit! Take the tour for 175AED and get to see how the falcons are taken care of, learn about the history of falconry in the UAE and hold the fastest animal in the world on your arm! Staff is super friendly and grateful for your visit!

I am a regular user of their service. Extremely sincere, honest and professional. No fleecing, no cheating, no over pricing. They are transparent when some diagnosis or treatment is beyond them and will also tell you about the alternate options. My puppy was spayed there. The quality of the operation would make any top notch (human ) hospital proud (I am a super specialist doctor). When I am away and leave my puppy with them, after 15 days of stay, she comes back with no illness, no weight loss and, most importantly, no behaviour disturbance. The space given to a dog is 4 to 8 times bigger than you get in a pet hotel. They take the pet for a walk in their huge plush green twice a day. Courtesy and helpfulness exemplary in EVERY staff member, starting from the receptionist to the doctors. Only disadvantage is, they being fully closed on Fridays, you cant leave or collect your pet on that day. Strongly recommended.

Very hard to make an appointment. There is only one main number for all services in Falcon Hospital. You wait a long time to hear the recording & go through the different options & then the Vet Care Center either they dont pick up & need to leave a message or they take your number saying they will call back...but they never do!!! They need to have another number for the Vet Center & pick up the phone...in order for people to make thei appointments...
