Awful company. They obviously get nice airline contracts so dont care about other customers. I booked and paid online last year for taking to airport. No car came. I called and was told there was no booking. Had to get a taxi at last minute at 4am! I asked for refund and showed them I paid (money was taken from my bank account). That was also ignored. Would not recommend.

No proper information about the services they provide.! Also theres no more prime limousine they have merged with Budget rent a cars.! The email address or the telephone number provided in their site doesnt work.! Call up budget rent a cars for your inquiries.
