Pimento JosephWORST SERVICE EVER They are ruining the good name of Etisalat, they promise device deilvery (Iphone 7) within 3 days but it took 1 months for them to finally say they cant deliver it. Each day we call for the status they promise that the devices will be delivered soon, but not. Very irresponsible service from the sales team. At the last, one month after me and my colleages waited for the devices patiently they asked us to cancel the order. If they had told us at the begining we could have gone to other channel partners. I think the sales team is just getting orders to fullfill their targets. No commitment to coustomers or the promises they make. #Dubai Will never chose Dreamcom again.

Rahul Kannanvery bad customer service. Dubai sales team provides fake information. Sales team miss behaving to the customers. Waited for 1 month for the ordered devices (iphone 7) total 9 devices ordered , when placing the order they said within three working days for delivery. at the end they said company is not listed and cannot provide the devices & can cancel the order........
