Im here in Baniyas West this afternoon I went Baniyas East in Bawabat Al Sharq Mall about to go home told to the driver my place in Baniyas Court I repeated it twice he said Ok. Notice that the way is different not the same way going to Baniyas Court. So I ask the driver if he know the place & told him that is not the way he said this is short cut but I have doubt on his word til I ask again if he really know the way that time he cant say yes. Then I said if you dont know Baniyas Court how about big bus station in Baniyas West? Again he said he knows but he just continue driving w/ no direction til he ask if I know the way. I said I dont know this place if you said earlier I cant tell you the way. Til he said I will drop you on the bus stop you can get another taxi from here told him you will drop me in the middle of no where place Ive never been? Advice to call someone or ask if how to get on my place he was angry that time. Told him I will not go down on a place I dont even know. Then told him if you know the way to Al Ain go there by that I can get home. From Bawabat Al Sharq Mall to Baniyas Court fare is only 15dhs or less but because he dont know where to go the fare become 26.50dhs honestly its not about the money its about the time he wasted & his unexplainable attitude. How come you will drop your passenger because the driver doesnt know the location plus his blaming my language for he said I say is Baniyas Four not Baniyas Court if that driver really know the place he knows there is no Baniyas Four. Driver should be honest to the passenger if they dont know the place. This driver only wants to earn money. For almost 4 years here in UAE first time I encounter that kind of driver.

Huiping ZouWorst service. I will never ever use this again. For the first booking, the taxi never showed up; second booking, wrong taxi type (booked for large vehicle but standard one showed up). MCMine TubeWORST SERVICE EVER! I want to call to TransAD it says "Call ended" everytime, and when I restarted my phone and called again it keep dailing and no sound and then it ends the call, IM NEVER AND EVRR GOING TO CALL TAXI!

Eman AyoubiehThe most awful experience of my life! I have no friggin idea why you dont have Bloody GPS in your cars!!! I spent an hour+ EXPLAINING to the driver specifically and clearly where i am, and 1 HOUR later, he still doesnt know!! THIS IS HIS DAMN JOB to know locations!! Unprofessional, unacceptable and way below Abu Dhabi standards. Congratulations on being the absolute worst transporation company in the world

Roxanne CordierI dont understand why the taxi drivers do not have gps. Most of the drivers do not know where anything is. It is not the customers job to give directions. The drivers end up driving the wrong way and costing the customer double the price. It is a ripoff

Review of ordering 5 x taxi to pick up kids from school. 29.05: Taxi decides to leave even though we are standing outside in the hot sun waiting, we end up waiting 40 minutes before a second pre-booked taxi arrives. 31.05: ordered taxi for the same pick up location, he waits 2 blocks further down the street. 01.06: Ordered a taxi today at 14.10h , got a message from the company that ETA would be in 15 minutes. 14.25h: Called driver on his mobile, he informed me that he was unaware of the booking. Called TransAd to ask what was happening, they checked with the driver, waiting on the phone, by now it is 14.43h... still no taxi. Operator asks me to wait for 10 minutes. New message arrives at 14.47h that ETA is in 15 minutes! 14.56: taxi arrives. Total waiting time today: 46 minutes Result: of the 5 bookings we made, 2 were fine. That makes a total score of 2 out of 5 correctly booked and executed taxi rides.
