Andreas LudwigLousy work. Dont go there. They ruined my wedding suit. They managed to change two trousers at the same time, but one of them was 1 inch more narrow that the other. Completel clueless guys unable to take measures properly. And lousy quality of work. Besides being wrong, my suit was dirty when i picked it up. Never again!

Ashraf AbdelkerimI took 3 pairs of pants to them to hem as they were too long. When I picked up the pants and went home, I noticed that they were still too long. I set the pants aside so I could take them back but for various reasons, I wasnt able to get back there until a month later. Long story short, they refused to hem the pants without charging me again for the "service" - the rationale was that I had waited too long to return. They said if I came "one or two or three days after" they wouldve fixed them for free but since it had been a month, they would not. I certainly had not been told that there was some sort of time window in which I needed to return in case they had failed to correctly do something so basic as to hem pants. It certainly wasnt written on my receipt or on anything posted on the counter or wall. I asked them why it even mattered when I came back, citing the fact that as a 39 year old man, it was unlikely that I had grown or become shorter in this one month time frame (obviously if I had, I wouldnt have any basis on which to ask them to hem my pants again). They really had no response for any of these points and so I left and went to World Trade Center Mall to have my pants fixed.

Adnan ShahI was recommended Zeena by a friend who only had praises for them, I was a bit pessimistic, But when I came to Zeena Tailors to get myself a Suit made for my brothers wedding, Not only did Zeena make me a great suit, they also helped my wife fix her wedding dress which needed some alterations. They do great work and go out of their way to find a solution. I totally recommend them.
