Zyad MustafaBad service, I had to visit the shop for 10 times literally to get a suite, then I had to use another tailor to fit the suite again before I could use it. Also dont get tricked by fabrics. The real tailoring happens somewhere else, so every tiny change they should send it to the factory. I dont think I will use the suite for longer as the fabric really sucks

Juju BalaIt was my worst day and experience ever. I am residing in Abu Dhabi and my brother is in Dubai. It was my suggestion to visit Allure (I saw they are since 1981). I went there with my brother to get a customized suit for his wedding day. We are not good in suit fabrics and they provided us the worst quality with extreme price (AED 1800 which was paid in advance). Anyway, that may be they took advantage of our knowledge on fabrics. But the extreme worst part is the stitching. We asked them to make it as slim fit but they couldnt made it properly. We went there for 4 trials (One month, on every Saturdays) : 1. On the first trial we told them to reduce 0.5 inches on both sides and reduce the length of trousers as well. 2. Second time we found the suit is tight like a wet suit and they did nothing on the trousers. 3. Third trial again we found the suit is normal but he cant raise his hands and they reduce the thigh size of trousers. Also they did nothing on reducing the length of trousers. 4. On fourth trial, we found the trousers are too short and again they did nothing on the thigh portion. So we didnt even tried the suit. Finally, we found it is worthless to keep on having trials and brother got just a couple of weeks to his marriage and dont want take any more risk. Some of his friends suggests another tailor in Dubai in which he got a perfect one. I couldnt face him properly after this incident since Allure was my suggestion. Conclusion: We cant trust them, especially their wicked sales person!
