Second guy (security) said in Ground Floor?! There were nothing Either! 3rd guy (Another security) said.. There is no laundry in this Building?! Well?! After 30 Minutes walking through all the Building??!! Very unorganized as well... All stores are mixed everywhere... Not realy thoughtfull Planed but Anyway a Lot of stores there...

Very rude staff!! Will never use this hypermarket again! My family and myself were spending lots of money on weekly basis, but after todays incident will not step there again. Came to exchange the steamer that I bought for my 2 months old baby and they refused to exchange it, as there was no box. I bought steamer one week back and when tried to use it, found lots of mould in it. Why would they need the box?, to resell moulded steamer again?? No apology was given, received rudeness and unprofessionalism from the staff- Laila, Fanny ( they didnt stop taking in their language and laughing). Then they called "Manager"- Ahmad Hassan, who was even more rude than them. When I asked him where was the manager, he said he left for the day and he makes all the decisions. Very sad that great place like Carrefour has such a poor customer service and extremely rude staff!!
