After purchasing a washing machine. Nobody called for delivery for three days even though they say that I will receive it the next day of purchase. Their call center are just rerouting calls to finish their hours of duty with promisses of we will call you back as soon as we get any updates. Or simply hang up as soon as I tell them i have a delivery delay.
