The outer part of Dusit Thani may give you the impression of ordinary hotel situated within nearby hotels and apartments in nearby area. Once you stepped in, you noticed you are brought into an experience of its kind. The elevator inside is seen from the main lobby. And the main lobby have extremely high ceiling up to the top floor of the hotel. I would wonder how it will look like when the sun pass by right above the building. I believe the view would be amazing. Anyway, I was there for dinner buffet and the restaurant. The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. I will surely try to stay here for local experience at least once.

Rooms are big and spacious. Staff were very friendly from the door staff, to the reception up to the cleaning staff. Theres a well stocked shop at the back entrance, very helpful especially for those living in the apartments.

I visited the hotel for a conference and was lucky enough to stay there too. Room was in excellent condition, and was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Only ate at Urban Kitchen where the food was reasonable but pricey. After leaving my bags with them all day on check out, I was allowed to use the gym locker room to shower and change before heading for the airport. All in all, an excellent experience.

I stayed here for a month in 2016. I had a room on the 3rd floor and there was way too much noise from the lobby and from outside. And they kept having problems with the fire alarm waking people up at 3 am. Otherwise the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful it was definitely good that there is a supermarket and laundry place behind the hotel. The swimming pool is rather small and the gym equipment was a bit old.

Review of urban kitchen restaurant dined on what is called Friday lunch international boufet with invited guests ;arrived early in the afternoon just to find that the so called boufet is virtually full of empty hot containers and the not so fresh salad bar that was not refilled ,also not being attended by staff and the chef simply didnt try to solve the matter of hungry guests,to make matter worse ,the desert was also full of empty bowels with the exception of the water Mellon .Our complaint didnt go far and left the restaurant embarrassed by the inviting guests to this so called restaurant . Hard experience to forget ,avoid at all cost and dont spend your hard earn money on . Gave it one star because there is no lesser score.

Amidst the close-knit buildings side by side in the area, the Dusit Thani brand stands out with its slightly curved shape .Nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi this hotel is situated just 5 minutes away from the Abu Dhabi bus stand and the hotel is nothing short of a magnificent paradise. I had the pleasure of visiting this palace in heaven.The hotel and rooms are modern, yet sophisticated and has a red and gold accent theme. I had a room with a view of the main street which I really enjoyed! The room is spacious, clean and has the most comfortable king size bed I have ever slept in! I really felt like a queen and probably could have slept for days! I was also greeted with delicious dessert made by the chef! This was amazing and made for an amazing late night snack. The lobby was pleasantly spacious and allowed lots of natural light, which I’m a big fan of. Most noticeable was the atrium grand pillars with beautiful walls that were painted and decorated nicely. The concierge desk greets you when you arrive at the main entrance, and the actual check-in and check-out desks are located on the side:All rooms and suites are furnished and equipped with walk-in showers (some with baths), HD flat-screen television with all the cable, wireless high-speed internet, hairdryer, in-Room safe, iron & ironing board, bottled water, coffee maker, plush bathrobes. I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Dusit Thani! The staff was amazing and the social media manager Kier who gave me a tour was so friendly! I enjoyed the service, amenities, the food and convenience of the hotel. I cant wait to come back here again.

One of the nicest places Ive ever stayed - friendly, professional staff, from those who greet you at the door to those who take care of the rooms. The rooms are well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Great restaurants are available in the hotel (my favourite is the Thai restaurant - completely authentic. I love the location, easy walking to the Mangroves, but within reach of all Abu Dhabi has to offer. Highly recommend this hotel!

Отель отличный.Правда не из дешевых.Также есть отдельные квартиры ,если вы собираетесь работать в этой стране.Цены не из дешёвых.Но ,если позволяет бюджет ,останетесь довольны-:)Есть сауна,спортзал,джакузи,два бассейна на крыши.Несколько баров,можно заказать еду в номер.Как то так.
