Peter HendersonAbsolutely PATHETIC. Their driver calls me to ask my location, can barely speak English, then doesnt come at all. 10 days later after many attempts to contact them I get through to 2 x people who continually transfer the call between themselves. They first find my order, then say they dont have it, then ask at least 5 times where I live, then say its not their responsibility anyway. They then quote the wrong Item Code & insist its in Dubai & wont listen to the correct Item Code. I will never use them again & would advise anyone to do the same. Disgraceful.
