Joseph jacob nellickalThe new marriot property is a hidden gem. Located conveniently for sports enthusiasts, inside Al Forsan Sports Resort. Its also a perfect hang out place for some one who would love to spend a long night out. Food and beverage outlets are open as late as 3 am. Prices are much reasonable as compared to competitors. Excellent service and attention too. Their pool is Olympic sized and the cabanas around the pool are most modern and will certainly attract families.

Marijus SugajevasSimply perfect. Very polite staff. Food is second to none. Rooms are specious and very modern. I wish gym was 24/7 but alas, one cant have everything. Maybe they will change it later but now 10am to 10pm doesnt fit my needs. I wish it opened earlier. Internet is fast. Rooms are chilled to the temperature that is just right.

Ron AlemaoOur best experience in Abu Dhabi was at The Marriott Al Forsan, first of all, its the staff at tge property which make this place top class, we stayed 2 nights and would love to come back again. The rooms are spacious, clean. The a la carte menu is reasonable and value for money. The swimming pool is good and large, though we were here during the public holidays, it was large enough to accommodate many. The only shortfall was it closed at sunset, this needs to be extended as there are enough lifeguards on duty. If you are here on a weekday, the Appolosa has some very good price at the bar. Yet again, it was the staff at the property, who let us decide if we should come back and based on the service provided, we would all return! We were 6 families! Thank you guys!

Zain KhanIve spent a total of 3 weeks here this year for work and have found the staff very helpful. The food and beverage options are what you would expect of a 5star hotel. I brought my family and a few friends to share breakfast with me on Eid day and everyone was thrilled. The khayal buffet is marvelous! I have been to a number of 4 and 5 star hotels and the buffet here is expansive. Rooms did throw me off a bit with just a shade and piece of glass between the bathroom and bedroom. Since I shared a room with my kids had to keep telling them stop messing with the shades. But besides that the views are wonderful. The pool and kids play area were very nice with an outdoor park and indoor play area for the kids. Next time Ill take the family and try out the activities they have adjacent to the hotel.

Lifestyle GlossaryUpon arrival, I was greeted by the doorman and I walked into the grand lobby. I was able to get my room key cards immediately and was escorted by the hotel staff to my luxurious Suite. Check-in process was seamless and it was a good way to welcome its guests.The suite was extremely spacious and I totally love the bathroom. Overall, I was really impressed with the room. It was much bigger than expected and I especially liked the various pieces of artwork displayed. At night, the room featured one of the most remarkable views of Abu Dhabi. I like the fact that the bathroom is very organized with good lighting. Apart from the hot and cold shower area, it also has a bathtub. It is also complete with high quality toiletry with all kinds of towels and bathrobes. Although I rarely use bathrobes, I still love to see bathrooms with bathrobes in it. For me, it makes the bathroom more luxurious.Overall, my experience in Marriot Al Forsan was amazing ! A perfect staycation spot for those who want to have a weekend break in the Metro. Cant thank them enough for making my birthday memorable. With its good location, quality amenities, good customer service, best tasting food and perfect location, this hotel is definitely the one to beat.

Johnny ChiversEtihad provided us with accomodation for 12 hours, including all meals, when a delayed planed caused us to missed our connecting flights from Abu Dhabi. The hotel was spotless, well ran, great food and had 5* amenities.

Faisal AIt was very bad experience for us. Our flight got delayed and the airlines offered us one night stay in this hotel and all meals included in the vouchers. Unfortunately, the restaurant got closed 10 minutes earlier for no reason and they did not consider our case coming to rest for few hours before our next flight after long day trip. Also, they have provided us with the most far and worst room in the hotel. I reported some problems with the bathroom, and they promised to switch us to another room, but i had to accept the fact and stay in the same room because it took us lot of time waiting for them. I requested two wake up calls, but we had not a single wake up call.

Jeffrey PierreThere are so many words that can be used to describe the Marriott Al Forsan Hotel in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi......"Fantastic", "Exceptional", "10 Stars" are just to name a few!!! During my extended stay at this property, I was humbled to meet and get to know several of the staff members at this hotel. Their attention to service, willingness to always go above and beyond and just letting you know that they are always ready to help whenever possible, was above and beyond any experience I have been through during my times of travel. From the first moment I arrived onsite, I knew this property was not like the rest. It was better. From the likes of Kima, Sallah and Emmanuel, these gentlemen are so attentive and always eager to help guests entering or leaving the hotel. First impression are always important and they tremendously help in that respect. Once stepping inside the lobby area, you are welcomed with the warm and inviting smiles of the staff at the front desk including, but not limited to: Mugu, Zeinat, Ritu, Maria and Nick. No matter the case, they are super helpful during the check-in process, provide detailed explanations as needed and make sure if there is anything you need, they will try their best to make it happen. During my stay, I had a chance to visit all of the food venues on the hotel property. With the choices they have available, you cannot go wrong in the selection process, as there is something for everyone. If you are visiting just to sample their dining options, you will be pleasantly delighted. I also frequented the Executive Lounge (for Platinum Members) and again, I was very impressed with the area as a whole. The design, the décor, the options provided and the staff... absolutely fantastic!! Whether it was Alexis, Johanna, Pooja, Victoriya, Fayza or Elena in the lounge, the level of service was always excellent. Their constant attentiveness and attention to detail made every guest feel welcomed. They always engaged in casual conversation with everyone, even if it was just to ask how their day was. In the end, I did not feel like just another Platinum guest. I, like the others, felt like we were the "only" guest there. The personalized attention to each person is not easy to do, but they hit the mark all day, every day. Lastly, I do not want to take away from so many of the additional staff members that I said hello or greeted during my stay. Everyone that I came across was receptive, quick to offer a greeting and took pride in the work they offered. The Marriott Al Forsan Khalifa City has made a believer out of me, that 5-star properties exist, and they are a true "diamond in the UAE desert". If my travels ever bring me back to the area, I will not hesitate to make my reservation at this property. Thank you all for the exceptional service that you provide!!! -Mr. Jeffrey
