Im just not happy with the lube they used after cleaning my bicycle. My bicycle chain looked dirty with thick black lube, sand magnet. Im just thankful, they kept my bicycle for extra day so I can have a day off cycling

Seems like they have nice stuff and are fairly knowledgeable but when it comes to customer service they fail miserably. Ordered a basket a week ago, waited for 3 days for the guy to call me to confirm, i finally called the store and they had not ordered the basket. The lady ordered me a basket and then i waited 3 more days for a phone call. I called back and was told that the brackets didnt come with the basket even though the first guy told me they did. They didnt bother to offer a solution and talked themselves in circles. So 6 days later i have to start my hunt over again. Very unreliable
