I think as they grow more in tech, there service will improve more. Good service overall and nice people to deal with. My recommendation to everyone who is looking for delivery service in Dubai.

Deviprasad RaoLast week i have sent a cricket bat to california USA . Bat has reached in time no issues delivery ,pickup everything is perfect. i had put the cricket bat inside the bat cover with that i have put fishnet sticker its just a sticker which will protect the bat. But when the package when they open it those stickers are missing it has been removed by somebody i dont know i cant tell exactly but such things should be taken care by courier people. Apart from that service is good .

May Ann TorresSorry to say but this Wing customer service are bunch of liars.They dont deserve even one star.I made COD transactions from them but they still not giving my money back, that they collected from my client. Skynet courier are fine they will delivered the item on time but wing Im so disappointed every operator has different response.

ashby k bno same day delivery will be available for any one. try to stay away from this courier. already got extra money for same day delivery and still havent delivered. had to call them to know whats happening. says delivery will come anytime until midnight 12. had to change the delivery to next day. souq needs to seriously reconsider. if you cant deliver the same day, remove the option from your site.

LukeSome of the worst service and customer service in Dubai. If you want your package delivered on time, i would highly recommend another company. If you want customer service to help you, they wont. They ask you to do all the work. Same day delivery means they can deliver it at 11:59pm and still class it technically as same day whilst i was sleeping!

micheal elsThe absolute WORST!! Called about 40 times in a period of one month to resolve a matter of a parcel that was "DELIVERED", but was never received. Spoke to about 20 different people and always promised to call back and "investigate" but nothing came from this. Please dont waste your time and energy with them. Not worth it...

DEDITH VILLALOBOSVery disappointed on the delivery of my COD. It took more than 2 weeks for me to collect my meaning wherein the agreement should be on a weekly basis. Not able to reach the concerned persons, not answering the call either messages. Over all shipping experience with Wing, i am not happy and not satisfied completely.

huzaifa hameedI have made more than 50 orders using the Wing app and even though they offer prices like no other courier company in the UAE, their logistics side is really poor, they outsource their orders to other courier companies like Sky Net, making the situation worse. The orders are usually delayed by a day or two of the promised delivery time and the next day option is a joke. The customer service was responsive but it always ended with them sending an email to sky net. They do have a beautifully designed and easy to use app but with strong logistics, I believe that wing can be the best courier company in the UAE.

The Unscripted NomadAbsolutely diabolical service, switchboard doesnt answer half the time, and when they do they give you a number that no one answers. Next day delivery from Souq didnt arrive and now I am having trouble tracking it down! Do not use this company ever!

Nadia AldeanUPDATE: I received a call from Wing following this review to apologize and ask to be given another chance to deliver items as promised with the supervisor giving her number and promising to personally follow up the next order I put in. She asked me to then remove my review (!) despite nothing having being resolved. I placed an order to give them another chance. No surprises but no collection when scheduled, on hold for 45minutes before speaking to anyone. No call backs and the supervisor who gave her number is hanging up calls, reading whatsapp messages and ignoring. Embarrassing behavior. I hope this company shuts down very soon. I will be reporting to Trading standards. PLEASE dont waste your time. I have given them 4 chances. You have been warned! I have used them several times to give them benefit of the doubt and have been repeatedly let down and disappointed. Delivery never picked up or delivered as scheduled, arriving 2 days later than paid for. Horrific customer service, never once received call back as promised and left on hold between 5-10mins with every call when they do answer the phone. No response to emails either. Avoid especially if you need a reliable professional service as this is not. Will not be using again

Bimal William TomBy trying to provide the same day delivery in co-ordination with Souq, this company just bit something more than what it can chew. Its better not to offer the same day delivery if they can never keep up to their promises. Sure its a difficult task to achieve anyway.

Sean Andrei Michael ManuelVery very poor..it has been two days of calling the driver and the customer service just to update the package,no sense of urgency to their so called express delivery.. should not promise same day delivery if you cant.. Plus you should let your customer knows if the package is out for delivery and not the other way around that the customers will call you and ask if you can deliver the item at the requested time..its not an easy thing to promote express delivery or same day delivery but please have at least a better planning about the deliveries of your customers.

Nicholas ViegasWorst service in the world of couriers. My experience based on NEXT DAY delivery: Day 1 - get a call 3 hours after office closing to say they are at the location. Asked for the delivery to be made next day AM. Day 2 - get a call 1 hour after office closing to day they are the at the location, to which I initially was going to go back to collect the item. But then was told in the rudest manner Come down and get your package. So I opted to have it delivered the next day Day 3 - still waiting, it is now PM. I highly doubt I will get the package. From the beginning I kept crystal CLEAR instructions, delivery is to be made within a 6 hour window. Conclusion, blind courier pigeons can do a better job. On a side note, they pretty much force the person who is getting an item to download their app to confirm the address is correct, only to see the correct address already given.

cracker bargelordered a small product from souq and tomorrow is the expected delivery time but i have still not recieved it whereas qexpress has delivered products within the next day. i will update iby tomorrow whether i have rexeived it or not

Omar Abu HammourThe level of incompetency and lack of service cannot be described, they were supposed to make a same day delivery from Souq by afternoon , and i got call from the driver at 7:30 PM begging to make the delivery for next day, I wanted to be kind and i confirmed with him that it should not be later than 11:00 AM, The next day the Guy didnt call until i call him, and later at 11:00 AM he informed me that he cannot make the delivery and assigned the job to his colleague, and said that i have to call the other guy and arrange with Him and give him directions !!! , For God Sake what is this !!!!! , this is supposed to be smooth same day delivery up to delivery address without any hassles ,

Doll in the DesertThe worse courier company, 20 minutes on hold to finally get a employee with an attitude and her fellow colleagues giggling and joking so loud in the background she couldnt hear me. I paid for next day delivery, the app says out for delivery but the staff advised I will have to wait for Saturday as they forgot to put the package with the driver. How unacceptable, no care, no apologies. If Souq continue to use this courier I will no longer use Souq.

efram ghobrialI was hoping to find negative stars to rate this company, but unfortunately google doesnt offer this option. It is ridiculously bad. No one would answer your phone call. Every time I call the machine tells me Im guest number 2 and then they direct me to voicemail because they are facing a huge flow of callers. Delivery is already 2 days late and they are driving me crazy!
