Your service is pathetic. You shouldnt be calling yourself a delivery company. Customer service is zero. For two days you are sending me sms saying "shipment is out for delivery" and for two days you did not deliver the package!!! I managed to speak to a person from customer service today and raised my concern. His reply: "yeah yeah". What kind of employees you hire?!?!? Pity I can not give 0 stars, as that is adequate rating.

THE DELIVERY WAS GREAT FOR MY PAST ORDERS BUT MY LAST TRANSACTION WITH THIS COURIER REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME. IVE BEEN CALLING THE CALL CENTER FOR DAYS FOR THE UPDATE AND REQUESTED IF IT CAN BE EXPEDITED ATLEAST 1 DAY EARLIER BECAUSE I AM GOING OUT OF THE COUNTRY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DATE OF DELIVERY AND SINCE IT IS FOR PICKUP. BUT AFTER ALL THE CALLS AND FOLLOWUPS IT SEEMS THEY JUST TREATED MY CALLS AND REQUEST VERY USELESS...

Very unprofessional company because their shipping is very slow and they are calling at night and if you are not picking up the phone they are even not trying to call next day to check the delivery time. Very bad service. They are thinking they are the customers and I should arrange my timing for them.

THE WORST courier company that u can possibly find in UAE!!!!!! extremely slow service....it took them 4 days to collect the items, they kept delaying the pick up and couldnt get my address correctly,I had to follow up with them daily and get in to arguments just to have pick up scheduled, I would never recommend this company to anyone, I had the most horrible customer service experience, I would recommend instead Sky Net courier -super fast, always in time!!!!

i dont like this place because there is no any modren service and they need one year to call if you dont call them and ask about your shipment ..no any thing, like when you ask to pay by card they said we dont have machine hhhhhhhh no machin for payment i swaer in 2017 evry company and every seller has one even how work alone and in the streets

I have ordered an item and I have stated my address clearly. On the day of the supposed delivery I contacted QExpress they told me that they are not going to deliver this item because it is "out of their service area". What they have done is they delivered my item from Dubai(where I almost live) to Abu Dhabi. I went myself to the Abu Dhabi to pick it up. Once I was there I asked the gentleman at the counter that why was not my item delivered. He said the same thing:"out of service area". I asked him to direct me to someone who I can speak to in order to resolve this problem. A lady called Elisa(her position is coordinator) came to me and told me that she can arrange the delivery to a different address. I WAS RIGHT THERE TO PICK UP MY ITEM AND THIS LADY WANTS TO ARRANGE THE DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY????? I asked her why did they deliver my item from Dubai to Abu Dhabi if the address is "out of service area" and why I am supposed to pay for this service. She said "this is your problem" in the rudest possible way.

I ordered in evening. I Chose pick up option, not delivery. Next day I received message by 11 am - it is ready for pick up. I went there, gave my phone number, an id proof and within 5 minutes- the person handed it over to me.
