Dear Sir I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate the quality of service rendered to me by your Assistant Manager, Ms. Maria Marta from Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi Hotel. Last week I had an issue of misallocated item at Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi Hotel and I had to call the Duty manager to resolve this issue. I must say that the correct and prompt support extended by her is appreciable. She reacted to all my queries and was very polite and helpful throughout the time I was waiting. You should certainly feel proud of such resources, which bring in goodwill for the hotel. She understands customers are the building blocks of a business and is very conscious of the customer care she extends, which immensely makes customers feel valued. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your Hotel. However, her professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to commend Ms. Maria Marta for her professionalism and superlative skills. I appreciate the way you have trained your staff and the way they are following their duty perfectly. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long term relationship and that means more than just making a sale. Once gain thank you for the good service and I wish the hotel a lot of success.

We had dinner at the Italian restaurant. Its was absolutely amazing. Excellent attentive service. Food was delicious. Would recommend the antipasto! Ultra mod hotel too. Overall a great evening.

Best experience on earth. You can get a tour of the track and race a formula 1 car. What more can I say place is awesome and coaches were the best. The tour is worth the money where else can you experience the history of formula 1 other than a track. If you are doing the driver experience opt out for the f3000 I believe which is a true formula race car. I was going to drive the Aston Martin and Mercedes amg but seriously pay the extra money and just do it. Plus with the f3000 you actually race in a separate track not the Richard mile track

A fantastic modern hotel with stunning service. Large rooms, wide choice of restaurant, fantastic fitness room, scenic pool. Cost is ridiculously low out of pick season. Located inside the F1 track, offers all related services for motor fans (I am not). Only inconvenience is that you cannot avoid to hear noise from the fanatics who practise driving on the track when you are seating outdoor.

Very very bad hotel they charge us 500 dhs for smoking in the room and no one said its noon smoking plus the attitude of the staff is very bad I dont... And the sound of the racing cars is so annoying I could not sleep I dont recommend this hotel

Great place to stay, especially when going to a concert in nearby Du Arena. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and the hotel has great amenities. The free shuttle bus to the concert was an added bonus. The only slight negative point was a noisy terrace where the pool and bar is located, which seemed to be from the air conditioning units.

This nice hotel with great view of Abu Dhabi circuit and also the Marina with perfect location specially its near by the best of Abu Dhabi attractions (Waterworld, Ferrari world and Yas mall ), they provide a bus shuttle as transportation for everywhere unfortunately there is some negative things where my rooms have ants in our bads!! also the bath room have nice doors and transparent I feel no privacy in it but the design of the building is masterpiece and the stuff is friendly and helpful and I recommended this hotel for the families.

Went here for one night with my fiance. Bar moderately busy. Ordered first round of drinks which were solid. Finding a waiter among the slw moving and inefficient team prowling around the bar took long enough, but after 20 minutes second round was nowhere to be seen. I asked one of the waiters to check on our order (two simple drinks) - he left for the bar, came back after 5 minutes putting down my own drink and saying to the lady her drink is not ready. My fiance is African-American, and was the only brown-skinned person on the roof at the time. I got furious, returned the drink and paid for the first round, insisted on seeing the manager of the hotel and got the duty manager. At least he acted professional. It turns out staff on rooftop acted deaf (and I still bet it was intentional) and put in an order for my drinks only. A terrible experience unworthy of a flagship hotel in Abu Dhabi. Suggest to management to seriously reconsider the team running the sky bar and fire pretty much all of them for incompetence, inefficiency and lack of customer service skills. I have seen better staff in HOSTELS.

Magnificent. Quite possibly the best hotel Ive ever stayed at... Ever. The warm hospitality is genuine and heartfelt but never obsequious. Staff will really go out of their way for you with any request. Set amongst the Yas Marina complex, spanning the Formula One circuit, the Viceroy Hotel has opulent tree-lined plazas and boulevards. There are picturesque, strikingly lit water features dotted throughout the complex. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, whose balconies overlook the Yas Marina Circuit. Beds are super comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how tranquil the place is, making for some of the best nights sleep known to man. Food is fabulous, bars are chic and plentiful. The hotel is not the cheapest place in the world, but you get what you pay for. The decor is contemporary, futuristic and classical all at once. Thats as best as I could describe it. One moment I think Im on a spaceship, next I feel like Im in ancient Arabia. The Viceroy is also one of the stops on the free Yas Express shuttle bus which takes you to the other attractions on Yas Island, such as the Mall, water park and Ferrari World.

فندق فاخر وجميل عصري ، أسعاره غالية لكن تستحق ، يعيبه أمران وقد تكون عند البعض مزايا : الأول مرور حلبة سباق السيارات قريباً من الغرف وهذا مزعج ، والآخر وجود المسبح معزولاً في الطابق التاسع رغم المساحات الشاسعة للفندق !!

Hotel sensacional. Moderno, arquitetura deslumbrante, vistas maravilhosas. Vale muito a pena, principalmente para quem nao liga para barulhos de motor e balada. :).... Vista da marina sensacional, o autodromo entao nem se fala. Da pra tomar cafe proximo a pista. Servico de.concierge excelente. O servico de onibus gratuito da ilha para em frente a portaria do hotel, de onde pode-se ir para todos os pontos turisticos da ilha sem pagar nada. Proximo ao aeroporto, o que tambem aumenta o barulho. Como nao me incomodo com barulho, acho que vale muito a pena, principalmente para quem for fazer stopover de 1 dia. Faz o passeio de meio dia em Abu Dhabi e aproveita a tarde e noite na ilha. Recomendo.

El edificio es hermoso de día y impresionante de noche. Con habitaciones que pueden superar en algunos casos los 10.000 dólares la noche y suites por donde los autos pasan literalmente debajo de ellos en las carreras, este puede ser el hotel número 1 en el mundo para fanáticos de carros y de la F1. El servicio es de lo mejor que he visto y todo esta a la altura de la marca y de Abu Dhabi. Se puede visitar y conducir en el circuito con bastante facilidad. Lo único malo es que es relativamente costoso, pero bien lo vale.

فندق رائع في قلب حلبة مرسى ياس، قيمة التاكسي إلى عالم فيراري 10 دراهم أو حتى إلى ياس مول مع ان الفندق قريب من المطار إلى أن عزل الصوت داخل الغرف رائع جدا، إلى إذا كانت هناك سيارات سباق في الحلبة فإن الصوت يظهر ولكن غالبا لا توجد سباقات بعد الساعة 5 مساءا الغرف واسعة مطلة على الحلبة والمرسى طعام الفندق رائع موظفين الفندق مرحبين جدا سعر الغرف مناسب جدا الىعند وجود سباق فوميلا 1 فإن سعر الغرفة يصبح 27 الف درهم لأربع ليالي

Отличный отель рядом с Феррари парком и аквапарком. Находится непосредственно на трассе формула 1 (трасса проходит под отелем и вокруг него. Во время гонок за ними сможет наблюдать непосредственно с балкона. Уютные чистые номера, хорошее обслуживание, куча ресторанов. Отель не из дешевых, но думаю он того стоит.
