londa jamesThis is the worst agency i have dealt with. They only are reachable when they need fees from you. When you try to call for anything else they are not helpful at all. Huge regret working through them. Oh and they failed to tell me last year I have to pay 1000 aed if I would like to renew my contract. Administration fees I had not heard about before.

Daniel Mcgrew***RENTERS AND BUYERS BEWARE*** My family and I have lived on Abu Dhabi for three years now and our dealings with Property Shop Investment have been the worst we have experienced thus far. The company employees and management are dishonest and unprofessional. I had to chase the realtor (Ahmed Materneh) through the entire rental process often doing legwork that most realtors would have done. I was made promises in reference to deposits, cleanliness of the apartment, and rental procedure that simply did not happen. When it comes to your rental or home purchase needs DONT choose Property Shop Investment. UPDATE: On August the 10th, 2017 at 10:47 AM, I was contacted by the Realtor, Ahmed Materneh, via SMS message over WhatsApp, who has thanked me for the review and then threatened to contact the police for posting the review. This unfortunately only echos the continued unprofessionalism of both the Realtor and Property Shop Investment (PSI).
