Visited Novotel and Ibis complex few times, especially their food and beverage venues. Loved the place over all. Their terrace is a real USP. Nice view of the creek. The Belgian bar is a really good one in the city, with their prompt and professional service as well us a reasonably priced menu.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was very friendly. Most waiters are cool and It made me feel like I was home in the states. The one thing that was different though was the service. The location is very near to the air port , and out of the crowded city .

We went for a "Design and Dine" event, and had a great time. However, have been here a few times before due to there being a Belgian Beer Cafe here. Great place, and out of the way so usually more relaxed than other hotels

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was very friendly. I frequented the Italian restaurant, Gabbana, for dinner and I have to say it was altogether unexpected in the authenticity of the cuisine. Most nights my waiter was Baba and he was on his game. It made me feel like I was home in the states. The one thing that was different though was the service. The waiters here go above and beyond with no expectation of recognition. If Im ever in this region again I know where Im staying. -John

I am an ExPat and Ive been living here at the hotel for well over 1-year now. The entire staff at NOVOTEL Abu Dhabi Gate are professional, courteous and make living here an absolute dream. This hotel/apartment experience has been one of the main reasons that Im proud to call the UAE my home away from home. The restaurant options are great, the housekeeping team is extremely pleasant, efficient and trustworthy, the front desk/concierge staff is pleasant and works with the sole intention of ensuring that your stay is memorable, the IT Manager is hands on and ensures a great Internet connection for all - personally, the spa services are top-notch and they will leave you feeling refreshed and pampered. Oh and by the way, my view of the city is breathtaking. I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Abu Dhabi. You will not be disappointed. Your every wish is their command. Thank you Novotel. 4-Star rating with 7-Star Service.
