Mohammed Bani HaniNegative 5 stars for this company. After one year of leaving the apartment, they send my company some charges I have to pay (Rental fees and Maintenance). Why did it take them almost one year to send it. Also whenever I come here, there has to be at least a 3 hour wait before being served.

Abe AlIf there were zero stars (or even negative ratings) then this company would have been the only entity which Ive ever dealt with that deserves such rating. As a customer, they treat you like their own asset rather than trying to help you. Their service center is the worst Ive ever experienced. You go in at 8am youll probably end up either leaving with the employees who are also short handed, or coming back the next day. Management is perhaps the worse they have as they wouldnt bother trying to help the customers as though theyre almost telling you (this is how it is, whether you like it or not). Their maintenance requests also takes ages, and I even had the guy call me more than a month after I submitted a request. I totally forgot what the issue was about. Unfortunately I have a few more months to run the contract and itll be the first time for me to actually be happy that Ill be leaving a place I lived in. Perhaps the only positive ratings here are from employees of the company. I feel bad for them to even be forced to put such high ratings. As for everyone else, customers and even real estate agents, none of them I spoke to had any positive experience whatsoever. Not recommended at all - ever!

Rami ChehabMake sure to free up a full day (or more) and to have all sorts of back up documents with you. And thats simply to rent a flat. Totally behind in queing and efficiency of work. I think if it werent for the influence of ADIB this company wont hold long in the market with their status of service.

Aaref AlkhooriI highly dont recommend to work with this company. nonprofessional at all (staff or their system) they treat people bad regardless if you are a tenant or landlord. Since my home loan was from ADIB, I was forced to use MPM. I believe any other real-estate company in town must be much better than MPM. Dont ever try to call their number cuz no hope to answer your callS !!!!!

Rajeev GuptaOne of the worst leasing experience. It is run like a private Bakala business instead of a Management Co. Although the working hours are until 2:30, you will not get the token after 11:00 and even for the token you need the managers approval... It is ridiculous. They charge you DHs 300 for every simplest request and it is not even guaranteed to be accepted. No refund whatsoever. It is a group of people who enjoy harassing the customers. If possible avoid them at all costs. I would rate them -5 if possible.

Wael FaddahIn at 9:44 am out at 5:00pm, topic only contracting a new apartment. You evaluate the service. Poor employees, short staffed, weird way of running business. They expect you to know all the answers, if not, its your fault you didnt ask the right detailed question. Abudhabi has much better service than this, I know the standards, someone will take a note of this and get this company to straighten up. Good luck. W.

Emad Helwayou have one of the worst service or call center i dealt with ever in my life, no one cares about the clients at all, no one follows up on requests, i called you 4 times and your call center employee keep telling me that he will send an urgent request and no one really care at all. i asked the CC employee that i want to speak to anyone from the management and he said that he cant transfer the line ??!!! you have a careless team, i told him that i called 4 times in the past 10 days and no one is retaining my calls. and he said that he can not do anything.

s alaryaniأسوأ شركة يمكن تمر عليك في حياتك ، ووأسخ تعامل يمكن تشوفه، موظفين غير فاهمين ولا يعملون بضمير ، والله ما شفت حد راضي عليهم لا الملاك ولا المستأجرين ، دايما المواضيع ضايعه بينهم وكل شخص يحولك على الآخر ، إذا كان هم مش متعارفين فيما بينهم فمن باب أولى أن تضيع حقوق الناس ومعاملاتهم في بروج الفاشلة
