Sam SBy far one of the worst companies I had to deal with. The customer service is bad, but their maintenance team is just a disgrace. You can easily tell that they are not experienced, hence why your problems are never fixed. Clearly all their support is cost driven. I cant blame them fully because they are representing the bigger company who are owning the real estate. Still their attitude is service towards their real estate partners and clearly not to tenants.

Leo PardGoogle should had less than 1 star..VERY BAD maintenance service...Literally disaster. you can never rely on their maintenance service nor on their administration. Every week I have to call for the same issue and they never fixed it properly. They dont take your emergency call seriously and they dont show up until your remind them multiple times..!!!! Big mistake

Amal KaabiThe WORST property management Ive ever had, worst maintenance service and worst customer service. Be careful from this company when you move out check every single detail they mention in the site inspection cause they will make their best to get your money"security deposit" even if there is nthg and the appartment is in perfect conditions still they will charge you for sthg unexpected and out of no where and they will mention that AC in not working so they can get money from the landlord too. However if you ask for maintenance you will need to follow up with each and every one of them and push them to do their job. Try to avoid this company.

Black Ops 3 ZombiesThey are the worst in terms of everything maintenance system employees the manager is rude and have zero manners and respect it is like he came from a jungle. Even if you had to pay more avoid properties managed by them.
