Ben farooqThere is no minus review option given otherwise these guys deserve it, management is appalling. They stole the show when would rather pocket a measly couple thousand dirhams rather than leave a happy client with good referrals. Even upto their managers and Director. I was not the first and surely not the last till they change their practice.

Manoj MichaelMe and My family had a very very bad experience with this company, For 400 sqft 1 bhk hall they ask money of 700 sqft apartment, That too if you move around u get the same apartment for half price. They say their is no hidden charge and maintenance free but what ever maintenance they does when you stay will be taken at the end from your deposit amount. And at the end they wont pay you your deposit. Have to call days to do maintenance. they took 5 months to replace exhaust fan in kitchen and washroom. And weeks to repair AC. Never pay full amount, bcs if you have to leave in between they wont pay you back the remaining amount. Their are many who faced the same issue and i dont know why they dont put these in google to alert others. I have spent 17 yrs in UAE and this is the worst apartment i took and got stuck for 1 yr as they dint pay me when i want to leave in between.

Blessy MathewVery Bad Experience with this management. In Human behavior towards the costumers. What ever promises they give in advertisement like maintenance, security, commission free, extras, refundable deposit is a Lie we wanted to leave from first month but sinc they asked 2 months penalty plus we have to find them replacement for the apartment, we got stuck their for a year and in the end they dint even pay as back our security deposit. i know some families staying their only to end the contract.

Ismai Mohammedلا اظن ان هناك شركة مرت علي بمثل سوء هذه الشركة فهي لا تحترم عملائه ابدا ودائم ما تقوم باختلاق الاعذار ويرجع سبب معاناتي معهم الى سوء تكييف الوحدة المستاجرة التي منهم فبالرغم من ان السعر غالي جدا مقارنة بالسوق الا ان صيانتهم من اسوء ما رايت في حياتي حيث انني وبعد معاناة دامت اربع ايام دون تكييف وبعد الكثير من الاتصالات للشركة ومراجعتهم تم تشغيل المكيف الا انه بالكاد يعمل فبالرغم من انه مكيف مركزي الا انني قمت بشراء مروحة طاولة لمساعدتي على النوم وحين طلبت من الشركة اصلاح الامر قامت بارسال فني وادعى انه اصلح المشكلة وان المكيف سيعاود العمل بعد دقائق و بالرغم من مرور ساعات الا انه لم يبرد جيدا وحاليا لي اسبوعين اعاني من التكييف والشركة وعدتني في العديد من المرات بارسال الفني الا ان ذلك لم يحصل حتى حينه.
