The Abu Dhabi office for maintenance of Al Manara Jewellery building has repeatedly hung up on me, refused to connect me with their supervisor, sent "electricians" to do tile work etc, and after they do the work they slyly fill out the customer satisfaction section of the invoice to give themselves excellent on all aspects of work done. Terrible service

Very poor customer service and service as well. You are having emergency drainage problem called early in the morning, no follow up from them, called again to them to follow up for the 5th time telling they will send someone tomorrow???? Wtf!
