    SAVE YOURSELF THE AGONY AND TRUST THE OTHER REVIEWERS!!! The only reason they get a one star is that the system doesn’t allow me to give them ZERO STARS. From POOR SERVICES TO INCOMPETENT & ARROGANT STAFF AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN SO DON’T EVEN BOTHER. 3 weeks and still ongoing for an AC problem, 8 visits and 7,000 dirhams later they still come back to the house scratching their heads or giving you ready-made excuses. My advice…try your luck with someone else and don’t come anywhere near those guys.

    The worst home maintenance company in town. They pick and choose the job as they like. The service people dont understand English. The quality of service is not up to the standard. Will never use them again. Complete waste of time and money.

    My landlord paid MPlus good money to repair my airconditioning. The repairs were carried out, and three days later my kitchen flooded due to water leakage from the airconditioner. I called and had to wait 4 hours for an "emergency" team to come out and fix the problem - they were sent without tools. The problem was "fixed", but the electricals in the kitchen have now been damaged and I have to have them come out yet again. Worse still, I have been warned that if they deem the electricals issue to not be related to the flooding, I will have to pay their inflated call out fee. I have a funny feeling I am going to be told it is unrelated to water damage even though it is... Save yourself the hassle, use another company.

    They came and deep cleaned our house and cleaned our air conditioning. Very reasonable pricing and the team was well dressed and presented, professional. Came on time and left on time. Superb.

    Just had our first booking for a deep cleaning, made the appointment to start between 8:00-9:00 AM and clearly stated that we had to leave at 9:00... Then get a call at 8:45 that they will be late... Being punctual comes with the job, absolutely unacceptable behaviour

    Absolutely unprofessional. You make an appointment well in advance, then you wait for them cancelling a couple of meetings - nobody comes - and then you call then to check what happens - they say they come other time. Waste of time. Do not touch this company.

    I have been using Mplus for many years to maintain our apartment. Phone call to set up appointment and qualified, experience tradesmen are sent to fix the problem. It can also be done on-line including payment for repairs. They provide a great service.

    Helpless, useless, clueless. Cant describe what horrible service they offer. they cant simply diagnose their own parts that they installed and went bad. Dont waste your time responding.

    Their company motto should read: "Will charge 4-5 times the market rate for any job. Will charge even if there is no job to be performed." Have had several "encounters" with them over the past several years in the Greens where I stay. Absolutely useless - you might as well write them a donation cheque and save your valuable time as they will fix nothing! They will never recommend the correct solution - only one that will bleed you an arm and a leg in terms of money. Use any alternate service provider like Spectra or some others in Dubai available now.

    They are not fast, too many processes, they want to set up appointment at their times, like 11pm! . Then they come to check the water heater and the air conditioning . Only to look at the problem they wanted to charge 360aed , Without even starting the work. This company is a rip off , and no professional

    worst service ever... I booked 2 days in advance asking for plumber to install sink and electrician to change high ceiling bulbs... they show up and then say that they cannot do ceiling bulbs (though we specifically mentioned when we called) and that installing the sink is a "big job" so they cannot do now as it will take time.... both requests were very clear when we called.. they just wasted my day waiting for them (plus 2 days on top for their availability) and then ended up not wanting to do the work when they came on site... complete inefficiency and a complete waste of time.....

    Have used these guys for my Villa on several occassions now for AC repair, handyman works and to replace a full water tank that had split and I have to say, very impressed with the speed and professionalism.

    Despite reading the reviews I thought Id give them a try. Wow. What a let down. They were at my place to inspect the AC. First off I had to pre pay the 200aed call out just to get them to book the appointment. Then after the inspection I knew the AC had some issues. Turns out there was a leak which was hardly fixed and a plastic bag was placed underneath to catch a dripping water. Photos attached. Good luck finding any decent maintenance company in Dubai.

    A real DISASTER !!! They pick up the phone after more than 3 minutes (with advertising on their fabulous services), then they let you wait for 10 more minutes to speak with the coordinator .... and finally they let you in the sh... for 1 more week without any airco !!!!! A SHAME !!

    Dear MPlus, i think you have a big management problem and I am not satisfied at all on your latest intervention. Reference Number PO-00798077 Problem: AC thermostat in living room to be replaced. 1. I called on May 15th and booked an emergent callout on May 16th, 2. Your technician made the intervention on May 16th and he made a temporary solution to keep AC working. He told me that he would send me the quotation for a new thermostat and also the work for ceiling cutting which was mandatory for rewiring. Total would cost some 1,000 AED (up to here it was fine); 3. Up to today (may 30th), I have received nothing from your side, no call, no email, no quotation. In the system, it still shows that I should pay for the emergent callout 200AED. Come on, your technician already collected the money and I have the receipt. How can the system be still outdated? Just to compare, I then contacted Fixpert: 1. I called them on May 21st, they booked the appointment for the next day and they didnt charge me for the first intervention. They just told me clearly that they would bring the new thermostat and if it could be done in the first shot, it costed 450 AED (more reasonable price, right?); 2. They came the next day and checked and they said the ceiling must be cut for rewiring. They told me that the coordinator would call me for the following. 2 hours later, I received the call and I was informed about the exact quotation for ceiling cutting. I asked if I could do it by myself and he told me fine and let me call him back once the ceiling cutting was done; 3. One week after, I informed them the cutting was done and booked the appointment for the next day. They came and replaced the thermostat. I paid 450 AED. 4. Then I found that the high speed didnt work and I called them back. They booked one technician before 17:30 of the same day and he came and fixed the wiring, no additional charge. So if you compare, how can i continue working with you guys? I just had a feeling that you wanted to earn quick money by first intervention and you dont care about fixing the problems. I dont see any professionality on your process. Sorry but you have lots of work to do.

    I agree scam they said a problem was fixed but having the same issue. Now they want me to pay 200 for someone to come out when I paid a 100 last time. Not going to happen

    Think you better remove your Company from Google Listing as everyone from around the world is reading all these negative comments about your Company. Why bother advertising on Google if your Service is not up to standard ?

    MPlus is a scam. Even 1-star is not deserved for this home-maintenance scam artists who are only efficient at one thing - collecting on the annual maintenance fee. Other than that, regardless of how urgent the nature of emergency at the villa, there is never a within 24-hour response. You have to keep following up 5-6 times a day to get someone to schedule a service. And then, when and if someone does show up, generally an incompetent team shows up and claims to need parts changed which are priced 3-5x higher than market (but guess what - if you source the part yourself, they cannot install). Perfect scam for the worst service company in Dubai. I have been with them since 2008. This year, management has gone down the gutter - many other options to try which is what I will be doing for my next renewal.

    We are patient people and expect things to take somewhat longer that we are used to in Europe. That said, Mplus are the most time inefficient, unaccountable and messy tradesmen we have ever dealt with. A simple light installation has taken 3 weeks (and still not complete), co-ordinators do not call back, escalations are non existent and whilst their marketing is great, the delivery of service is most definitely below par. Are they the best of a bad bunch, Im not sure... but its pretty much being stuck between a rock and a hard place. Pay upfront and hope to God they get it right first time... otherwise, be prepared to be put on hold, and hold and hold some more whilst they figure out what to do next. Good luck and I hope your experience is better than ours!

    One of my AC units would once again break one or two days after the handymans visit, the same problem would come up a handful of times and it was never fixed;over a two week period the guy came around 3 times only to request 200AED and fix the problem for a mere 24-48 hours-unacceptable.

    Living in an Emaar apartment, MPlus comes quickly and on time and their customer service has been friendly, but they clearly do not have trained staff. I have called them several times to fix basic maintenance issues in my home and they have not once fixed it correctly the first time. It does not seem they know what they are doing, or they may just fix one part of the problem. On average, they have had to make 3 or more visits - which is not only a waste of money and time - it is very frustrating. Just to note, I did not take the maintenance package - this may make booking more efficient but fixing worse, I am not sure. Would not recommend. By the way - an experienced and reliable handyman could make a very successful business in Dubai as incompetent / poor maintenance companies seems to be the standard here!

    Call center staff is very friendly and they are logging and collecting the information about the problem however the staff on site who is actually doing the work are very very bad! They do not speak English and they are never accompanied with their supervisors who are supposed to help them in such cases. I have called them more than 20 times, they have visited my apartment more than 7 times and they have done nothing to repair the problem. They always promise someone will come to provide quotation, that someone will call back and none of that. Just empty promises! PLEASE M PLUS PULL YOUR STRINGS TOGETHER AND FIX YOUR USELESS COMPLICATED PROCESSES!
