Darko IvanovicIm quite surprised by the negative reviews for this restaurant. Yesterday I had pizza there and it was very nice. The staff were friendly too. We had two family pizzas for 4 people and it was enough. I will definitely go back again for the pizza. The dishes are affordable too.

Ilmar Pikker3rd time, still unlucky. The first time the pasta was bland and tasteless. I was informed that, although it was an Italian Restaurant, nobody was Italian or could create Italian cuisine. Second time was a pizza home delivery. The delivery took over an hour, the pizza was warm and soggy and the order was incorrect. Third time at Khaladiya Mall, extremely poor service, noisy atmosphere with a constant clatter of crockery and cutlery from front of house. Lamb chops, which were ordered medium/rare, were cremated and sent back. The serving consisted of three minuscule chops with a minute serving of steamed veg which had obviously been purchased frozen.Thats it! The iced tea tasted like a watered down cordial and nowhere near what was advertised. I could go on and on, but this angers me to the core. Needless to say, my table wasnt cleared and the staff never approached my table so that I could request my bill. After 20 minutes, I went to pay at the counter. Legalized robbery!!

Naresh Ramachandranone of the worst services in my life. we ordered for a pizza at 7:45p.m. today 23MAR2015, and the staff was OK, and we were waiting and waiting annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddddddddd waiting till 9:30p.m., we called again just to find out, are they still preparing the Pizza, they said its already sent, but they are trying to track the delivery driver. We said, its already more than 1 and 1/2 hrs, and we spoke to the supervisor Melanie,she was not at all polite,she said if you dont want the pizza, you can cancel it.The delivery man came at 10p.m. and he said, its their regular practise, that it will take more than 2 hrs for delivery. We returned the pizzas, and "no apologies" nothing, he said "its fine" and went back. So, Abu Dhabi friends, never ever try Bricco in your life...You lot of other options for Pizzas, with better customer service..
