Such a great place to go with family. I love spending time, looking at the new furniture and home decors. I visit once in 3 month regularly and will have few attractive and useful stuff to pick. I think this is my most favorite furniture showroom.

So far it is my favorite furniture store, Ive been here for like more than forty times in 3 years and i still love going there with the kids. Amazing atmosphere and great products. The restaurant is good, although the fact they are repeating the menu to keep the price down maybe, but you can spend half or even full day with the family in the store.

Review of car wash service: Very Good! Quick service, very thorough, best possible clean in that price range, no visible swirls or major missed spots, excellent staff. I rate it way better than the washing service at most gas stations purely because they dont rush the and because Ikea is cheaper. Definitely a repeat customer.

Ikea on Yas Island is extensive and spacious, each section divided accordingly -- all your basic home needs can be found here. The restaurant near the checkout area sells an array of tasty Swedish snacks, too. My only complaint is how distant the store is from the center of Abu Dhabi -- its location isnt exactly optimal as it is quite far out.

Terrible food really. Limp salad. Salad is a bowl or plate. Bowls in odd location so you use a taco shell bowl thats beside the plates which they then try to charge you for. Mozzarella sticks totally dried out. Chicken fingers edible, but there are no dipping sauces for any of the deep friend finger food.

Visited IKEA today. Store has good variety of different things, but they definitely need to train their staff. I have spoken to 3 sales representatives and they all gave me wrong information. When I was paying my bill, cashier gave me 9 "25 years anniversary" vouchers, while my total bill was Dhs. 4200. I left the counter and then realised that she was suppose to give me 17 vouchers. I went to IKEA representative and asked her why did I get 9 vouchers instead of 17, she then went to the same cashier and rectified the problem by giving me 8 more additional vouchers. Guys, count your money when you pay and double check your entitlements, as it seems some staff are not honest.

Online purchases works really well. Payment are easy over the phone. Delivery within 4 days. Delivery and assembly teams are fast and knowledgeable. The quality of the items are always of a high standard. A bit difficult to understand the procedure when buying big items that need assembly instore.

Free delivery and assembly.....sure, if you feel like waiting 3 weeks. After spending 15,000 AED, I had to fork over another 700aed for delivery within 3 days...they delivered, and only forgot the 2 shelves and the computer desk. Allegedly they are scheduling a re-deliver, but a pretty scummy bait-and-switch, and to top it off by forgetting half of the items. My suggestion, get their 3-day delivery in writing before you pay....if not, go to Home Centre....just beware that you will be paying around an extra 10% if you dont want to sleep and sit on the floor for 3 weeks.
