Zeeshan ZafarThe mall is situated in the heart of the city, just opposite to the Bus Stand of Abu Dhabi. It has variety of shopping options along with excellent food court. And if you feel bore, Cinema is there t cater you too. The crowd is a mix in here so you would not feel alien in any way. Enjoy the mall. It is a must visit if you are touring Abu Dhabi.

We went today for a movie (Saturday 3 sept) and the customer service was the worst in my whole life, I dont know why this girl in the counter number 3 at 5:45 pm I think called Rochelle was so rude ! She didnt look at us she was talking with the girl next to her, we ask about the 3D movie and she only reply " no" my husband is Indian and Im from America, she is a Filipino girl and I dont wanna think this is a racist case, usually when I go alone I dont have this type of problems, is so bad, we lived several years in America and we never had this problems only in this country and only from people who have a less salary than us! I also dont Think if you have a less salary I can come and be rude with you, but is difficult to understand for me how rude can be someone when they are in a position where you suppose to help the customer, anyway this is the last time we will go to this cinema, this is the last time in this mall! Isnt necessary say madam or Sir, I actually hate it, you can be polite without saying this words, but like always here the people wouldnt care about this and the customer service will be the same forever. So bad !
