Ayah RashidI am a student who needed care and was unaware of how the whole medical care system worked, and this clinic was recommended to me. This was the wrong place to have a first time. For one thing the service is horrible. The receptionists were snappy and unhelpful. They did not give me all the documents I needed when I was finished with my treatment (nor did they care if I had them), were very unclear about how much I was paying for my treatment, and I had a very stressful and overwhelming experience. As someone who expects a certain level of care, and service, I was extraordinarily disappointed by this place. Plus its hard to find. And even if you get there early you wait for two hours to be seen because theres a back up somewhere. I would not recommend this place to first-timers. Spare yourself the headache.

Henry DHorrible in terms of time management and scheduling. You book an appointment, they tell you the time slot available, you agree, you turn up on time and they make you wait for an hour!!!

Ahmad A.We wasted about 45 min just to see another patient, who came in later after us, being led to the doctor, despite that we have booked our appointment a week before and came 15 minutes before our appointment. They had no respect for us nor for their own appointment schedule. The facility needs maintenance and bathrooms are in desperate need for a cleaning. We have decided that if they were that bad in the basics then for sure worse is next to come, and we decided to leave without seeing the doctor. I would say they are commercially oriented and from the poor performance of their reception team, they are not spending much on training. Dangerous combination when it comes to health related services.
