Kannan PeriasamyReceptionist behavior and waiting time is not good. So bad. The token number must be given immediately once the customer approach the reception. After receiving the token the customer can fill the forms while waiting for their call. Needs to be implemented immediately

Rajeev GBest service ever! Took only 30 minutes for the entire process of a newborn passport. Staff and security very courteous. Only thing is that they accept cash only and always carry the exact charge to make things easier. For newborns passport and birth registration together it costs AED 337.

Srinivas BondadaBeen here few times to avail the services like entering spose name, attestation and passport renewal. The staff are ok in helping out the issues, but it takes hell lot of time. Need to plan for a short visit first for their requirements and for it to be completed come next day fully prepared. It will take a full day to be done during busy days. BLS is always hunt for money. So you need to be ready to spend for unforeseen expenses like sms fees, etc. With a huge population in Abudhabi and dubai, these offices are not sufficient and they have to increase the manpower and offices also.

Sufyan Osman Bajaberthis place is to apply for Indian passport & visa renewal. NO credit/debit card facility and hence need to carry exact cash. big queue and hence plan during job hours, ensure you carry all required documents. Cordial staff. Suggest to have multiple offices.

Basith AliPoor Service. As it was mentioned in their website, i have made an appointment for form filling, but when i reached there, the concerned staff denied that there s no such appointment are followed and i have to wait till my turn bcos there s people waiting. Disappointed to hear such reply from them.
