Until a week ago we have been very happy with service provided, but then I gave them juicy couture bag for dry cleaning and have not seen it ever since. We saw the man delivering and picking up laundry 4 times in the meantime with excuses ohhh i forgot in the car, we put it to another cycle, etc but now it is simply too much another person shows to bring our laundry and just ignoring everything. What to do in this case?

Very poor service. Poor quality ironing and I had to return the clothes back on several occasions for ironing because the ironing quality was horrible. They caused damage to two of my Arabic dishdashah from burn from ironing and they promised that the manager will call me and he never did.
