Firdous HabibNon-faulty accident. Insured for third party. Firstly they tried to pay me off with peanuts. They agreed to repair the car after alot of heated arguments. They took more than two months for repair. When I received the car, horn absent. Xenon headlamps missing. When I inquired about the missing headlamps, they refused to give them back as they seem to have simply stolen them. The car was hit on the side,not the front . And they have the gall to claim - go complain to whoever or file police report. We are not going to do put them in. Worst experience and very rude staff.
