Great interior and service, tasty food in the restaurant. Room was big and spacious. But no garden and very average swimming pool, the beach is a little far (11 min walking or have to take a shuttle). The beach was Great, very clean and with the lifeguards, who is working, not just sitting and watching boobs. I have left my daughter for a moment to bring water bottle for her, my husband was around, but once she started walking towards the deep part of the sea, a lifeguard was like a flash and took her back. Amazing shower and washroom facilities. The disadvantage was a necessity to take voucher every time you go to the beach, an irritating security, who was checking bags on the entrance (like I was going to a public event, not to the hòtel beach). And of course opening time of the beach - from 10 am till 7 pm! So no early pleasant swimming or late enjoying on the beach, especially during hot summer months. Do not recommend for the people, who are the beach lovers.

Excellent and friendly service. Good value for money. Pleasant room. I ate dinner at the in house restaurant "rangoli, modern Indian cuisine" and had an exquisite experience. Wonderful food, service, atmosphere. As a solo traveller, my stay was made very comfortable, safe and pleasurable.

The Yas Island Rotana hotel has many amenities that made my stay here comfortable, they have a fitness gym, jacuzzi, restaurants, swimming pools and near Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld. My stay here has been great, the bedrooms are comfortable and the bathroom is decent. The hotel maintains their cleanliness and the service is great with polite and kind staffs. Hope to visit the hotel one day again and I will recommend any of my colleges to come back here.

Yas Island Rotana is a great hotel to enjoy your stay, I would highly recommend my friends to book for the Rotana Hotel as it satisfies me. The bedroom is decent, I love how comfortable the beds are. The bathroom is clean but the size could be bigger, the atmosphere of the hotel is attracting everything is balanced. Also this is a great place to rest after an adventurous visit at the Yas Waterworld and Ferrari World.

Yas rotana is a lovely 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was paid by company and has a great range. Only feedback is that everything is expensive and none of the extra services are free. Next to it it is Centro hotel that it is partnered with. If you are staying long, there are self serve laundry and dryer facilities as well as free Internet with printing.

The atmosphere was amazing, we stayed here for 2 weeks, the staff were so helpful any problems we had or questions we had the staff would sort out straight away..this place definitely caters for all as there was a lot of business people and families with young children a real mix of guest. The location of this hotel is so convenient, there is a free shuttle bus service that takes you to the mall/Ferrari world, yas water world, marina circuit and many more... were already planning on our next visit!!

The Hotel is good and clean. However, the restaurant and Coffee shop are EXTREMELY expensive. Dinner and glass of wine pp 200 dirham which is 60-70$... thats just too much for AVERAGE food they serve in the restaurant.

I booked Rotana based on my past experiences in other locations and this one is slightly below (room, pool). The staff is excellent. However, the hotel was busy with families and naughty kids, especially the breakfast and pool looked like a zoo. So maybe it is not the best option in summer or week-end if you are staying on business.

Its a very good hotel, but the swimming pool is always crowded, except in Early Morning. Although, its one of the biggest, luxurious, best hotel in Abu Dhabi. Its view is behind Ferrari World.

Had a Very Bad Experience with the Hotel. We came very early, around 11am and left our baggage to the hotel. They ask us if we want the extra bed to be put inside the room now or later, we said put it now so we can all rest after we go to ferrari world. We went back at 6pm in the hotel and the bed was not there, the surprise cake for my husband which I instructed during my reservation was not there. I call the hotel personnel to get the cake, bed and toiletries thats enough for 3 people. After 1 hour they send us 3 tissue rolls..and tissue rolls only. We went out to swim and ask the hotel personnel if the water is cold. They all said "NO" because the temperature is controlled but the kids are not allowed in jacuzzi outside. We dive in together with my kid, and the water was freezing cold even the "jacuzzi" is ice cold water. After 30 minutes we went back to the room and still no cake and no bed. Fine! I called again for the same reason and after 30 minutes we got the bed. finally! After a disappointing day to the hotel we decided to went out to eat after 1 and half hour we came back in the room and still no extra toiletries, 1 pair of sleepers and no cake. So I call again nicely and after maybe 45 minutes we got what we need. Early morning we went down to eat breakfast, while checking the food the restaurant staff is telling us that our ROOM was not registered to them and if we want to eat we should pay or charge to the room. PERFECT!!! how embarrassing!! my father who is just new in the place and my husband who trusted me to book a nice hotel for his birthday was a disaster. We went to the reception and tell them the problem and finally we had our breakfast. The food was not bad but too little choices. We did not give up and went to the swimming pool again at around 9:30am. Same thing all personnel is telling that they have a controlled temperature but when we check it is still the same. "ice cold" and its not even winter!!! its march 21, 2017... so again we went back to the room and decide to leave early.. getting out is very easy no problem no question... and thanks God they did not ask how is our stay.. The hotel is very simple which is not bad but the bathroom has no videt and no privacy, the staff are nice but incompetent, we didnt went to the bar. valley parking has no problem, the hotel was also dirty, in the hall way there are men boxers, shirts, socks in the hallway which is so unpleasant so overall experience for us is bad. And its our first time to have a bad experience in a hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Absolutely amazing place! Everything was perfect! Staff are highly trained and offer a fast service. Dil on reception was amazing and went out of her way to help and make sure everything was perfect for us. My husband got ill due to diabetes and she arranged a taxi and after made everything comfortable for us. The room and breakfast staff are brilliant! Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and Emmad made us feel like family here. Thank you will be back and will definitely recommend.

A very comfortable, full service hotel that caters to your needs and reflects the convergence of cultures in a country that looks both East and West. I stayed on the half board plan, with a large variety buffet offering both local and more western cuisine. The room was well appointed and included the glass wall bathtub (connecting it with the sleeping area) that I had only seen before in China. A note about their laundry service: I wish that this quality, speed and affordability was available in most of the hotels I stay in the US - I would bring home all clean clothes!

Nice hotel and excellent rooms. It has pool and several restaurants and bars. It is conveniently located from the airport. The wifi works great throughout the hotel and free. The only minus is that the table and soecially the chair to work with the laptop on the room is not very comfortable.

Stayed here for 4 nights, i booked one of the largest room (526) but it was less than expected. It was a Premium Suite with a marina view, yet i didnt see the marina. The room size was not bad but the finishing was too low, the size of the bed was short in length. Bathroom had broken henges and the housekeeping never returns the bathrobes once removed. It was Wendy when i reached here ao one of the windows opened due to the high winds and the handle was removed by the hotel so it was difficult to close i had to call the technicians twice to fix it, it was a long disturbing night for all of us. The room had only one tissue box inside the master bathroom, i find that insufficient. The booking also included breakfast, however, many people can access the facility to have breakgast without being asked as there were low control on people coming to the restaurant. Breakfast had limited options and it was the same everyday, but good enough for people who are on the go. The restaurant was on the way between the hotel main lobby and the elevators, so everytime we were going to the room we would smell like a kitchen due to some live cooking. Swimming pool had three entrances, again low control.

After a bit of a nightmare at a near by hotel we where moved by our travel agents to this hotel and to be honest it is very hard to fault the place every aspect of the service was top notch really every staff member I encountered was very helpful and polite, the only thing stopping me giving this 5* is the noise levels, the hotel has two problems its very close to the race track and because of the hotel design it seems to reflect the track noise back down into the pool area now for me a v8 in the back ground is sweet music to my ears but I can imagine it could be irritating for some, the second problem is the planes Yas Plaza in directly under the final aproch for one of its runways and for some reason this runway was being used from about 11pm till 1am most nights with flights comming in every 5 mins, if you are a light sleeper like me the balcony doors where just not up to the job keeping the noise out, I allso think the hotel design makes the issue worse by reflecting the noise around, when I asked I was supplied with some nice Rotana branded ear plugs !! I still enjoyed my stay here

Room service was stopped about 20 hours before check out time. Breakfast manu was good, but should include Pakistani and Indian items as well.

I didnt like anything the worst experience ever Im here since 6:30 and till now we didnt get the key of the second connected room my kids is sleeping on the floor. Reception is lying to us since 2 hours that key problem and 5 min will solve it. This 5 min equal to 2 hours till now and nothing change. Suddenly we are surprised that the housekeeping now open the second door and start cleaning it. I dont recommend this rubbish place to anybody.

For the money, you get a lot. True of a lot of places in Abu Dhabi, but I was happy with every aspect of my stay. Great pool area and the restaurants are very impressive, especially in the Indian food. I really enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet as well. Its a little far from downtown, but cabs are pretty cheap.

Rubbish customer service! Had problems with payments too..........charged my cc card 3 times and my brother in laws twice for the same amount. We were 12 people together and 2 were pure vegetarians and they had to fight to get veg food for themselves. Fatima the manager in the choice restaurant was very rude and unhelpful. I think she needs to be trained and told how to deal with customers??? Never ever will visit this place again. Absolute NO !!

مع كون الفندق في مستوًى عالٍ من النظافة والأناقة إلا أن فيه سلبيات كثيرة ليست بهينة، أولها وأعظمها: وجود الخمر في الغرف، وقلة الاحتشام والحياء من قبل رواد الفندق، وعدم وجود مسجد قريب، وكذلك جميع أماكن الخدمات اللازمة كالمطاعم ومحطات البنزين ونحو ذلك، وغير ذلك من السلبيات ..

فندق مناسب لقضاء إجازة نهاية الأسبوع، لكن احدى الغرف التي اخذناها كانت خلاطات الماء فيه عطلانه، نفتح الماء على البارد وفجأة يقلب حار. وكانت رائحة المجاري تنبعث من الحمام. وبالنسبة لتسجيل الدخول .. سجلنا دخولنا متأخرين، وصلنا الفندق 5:30 م لكن تأخر تسجيل دخولنا ربع ساعة. لا يوجد محارم " كلينكس " في الغرفة، فقط في الحمام. تأخرهم في إحضار السيارة، والسبب أن فندق سنترو مقابل روتانا والفندقين على نفس المدخل. حجم المسبح جيد والصالة الرياضية كذلك. مركز رجال الأعمال موقعه وحجمه مناسبين. عدم وجود شطاف " رشاش ماء " في الحمامات.
