Swethal KumarWorst ever hotel I stayed. Valet parking sucks both at the time of leaving and collecting car. Expect waiting min 15 to 30min. Hotel kept on saying that they didnt get booking confirmation due to which I made multiple calls to expedia/makemytrip who informed me that they already communicated hotel. This caused me spending amount more than my hotel stay. What a shame! Due to miscommunication hotel blocked my credit card on top of what I paid online. Even on first day they asked me to pay parking fee.

ZDJ LlauderI had the best time ever. The staff were so nice especially John and Jhoanna of front desk. The food was great and the F&B manager of Rock pool was so friendly and accommodating. The pool was heated and was big enough for me. Will definitely come back.

Towels were not changed and bathrobes were missing, so it took like 1.5 hours to get them changed and brought. Room was clean, but very humid inside because of wet carpet, which another week to be dried.

Sam MaeerI dont like writing negative reviews, but I just have no choice for this - Had to drive round the block 2 times and park over the street as there was no valet parking person available. We reported the fact that there was no hot water twice and it was still no better - We were told to run it for 5 minutes. No sorry thats not solution. Breakfast buffet was the worst I have seen in the UAE. The only saving graces, central location and it was clean. Will not be staying again.

Александр КудринБрали номер на одну ночь. Автобус 1А идущий от аэропорта останавливается в 900 метрах от отеля. Номер достаточно большой и уютный. Есть столик и два кресла, хорошая рабочая зона с розетками, сейф, набор чайных принадлежностей. Брали номер на двоих с двумя кроватями, но халат и тапочки были на одного, тоже касается и полотенец. Завтрак за отдельную плату представляется в ресторане на 16-м этаже. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества.
