Sheraton Khalidiya is very famous hotel in Khalidiya Area. It has a restaurant as well which serve buffet at very reasonable rates. If you are looking to through a birthday party or family gathering at good place at reasonable cost, you must consider Sheraton Khalidiya. Normally they give good discount at buffet for groups. They have menu nights, they day I visited them was International menu night and it was delicious. Totally worth it.

Hi Sheraton Khalidiya. I just want to inform you that we are very disappointed last two days ago. I went there with my two friends to visit our friend whos stayed there. When we arrived in the reception of the hotel theres one security filipina lady whos very annoying. She annoyed us. Shes not smiling and her face looks like very iritating. So talked to my friends to be calm and be professional. Actually thats my first time in sheraton and were expecting a excellent customer service. But no. Since they are rude and not smiling to the guests or visitors. Were all here as expats we are here to work so we have to give our best customer service experience to any people to any nationality. Please avoid discrimination. Thats all...

Miserable hotel.......it spoilt our entire trip........imagine a hotel running out off towels so 1 bath towel kept in a suit room booked for 2+1 pax.....swimming pool closed by 7pm coz off crowd......no towels available there also........No coffee stirring spoon for the complementary coffee tea kept in the room........Wi fi not working...... Inspite of requesting for these basic requirements no prompt action from any one.........sad place......insult to hotels in UAE
