Stephen ONeillThe hotel over booked by 28 rooms. When we arrived late at night with a group of parents and kids all under 10. It took over an hour to tell us we had no rooms for parents or kids and that an alternative hotel 30 mins. away was ready. The hotel failed to understand we selected this hotel because of its location. A lot of very frustrate parents and a number of teams were left without rooms and had to make last minute arrangements at midnight. Very poor customer services and the complete situation was handled very poorly by the Rotana.

Mosaaed AlAliI just had an issue with hotel. My company booked me 5 nights at the hotel, the booking covored multiple things such as laundry, three meals at the hotel restaurant and ( ANY CHOICE OF SOFT DRINKS AND FRESH JUICES FROM THE ROOM SERVICE ). However, disappointedly, when i ordered a soft drink from my room, they tried to charge me for it. Even though i explained my companys booking setuation, they insisted that i have to pay for that. After talking and talking to the receptionist and the manager, they excused by saying that the system was lagging and they couldnt check my reservation correctly. How about that !!!!!!

Anthony GonzalezThe hotel is very good I find that the UAE has lots of 5-star hotels which truly do not meet 5-star standards in comparison to the USA. This hotel probably does as good a job as a superb 4-star back in the USA. The conference halls are resourceful and setup very well. The food is decent and the staff treats you very nice. Many other 5-star hotels in the UAE do not do this well.

Pieter van RoijenAlthough it looks like most of the guests are business related the hotel is for everyone. Nice staff and very good rooms which get cleaned every day. There is a pool with a bar which is open until 22:00 or 23:00 depending on the time of year, fitness room, sauna, restaurants and a free indoor carpark. Its next to Khalifa parc and very close to the grand mosque. It is close to the highway so easy to reach, just follow the signs. The only downside is that Coopers, which is a bar inside, can be very loud at night.

Fabrizio MorelliVery good hotel plenty of feature and distraction. Rooms are quite large and comfortable. In room kitchen is a plus especially for long stay guest. Internet is fast enough to guarantee a good streaming with most of the social app.

Tanuj DamaniGreat Hotel, very nice and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and food choices are great. Teatro is as amazing restaurant and Coopers is a decent sports bar. Park Rotana also has a nice pool with a pool bar, and the Bodyline Spa has really nice massages.

Nehemi GiVery clean hotel, friendly staff, spacious tasteful room (Club Rotana Suite - beautifully furnished), evening buffet at the restaurant had so much choice and very good quality international foods. Breakfast buffet was not so impressive but overall the hotel offered a lovely relaxing break, with outdoor grass areas and a good size pool with happy hour pool bar. We enjoyed very much as a couple!

khalifa almehairbimy name is khalifa al ***** and iam a regular customer at coopers, i have unfortunately received a bad treatment that made me write this review, which i have to send to other coopers customers AND to be reached by the management if possible. this matter was discussed with the line manager of park Rotanas valet parking and happened on 17th September 2016 but was as useless as reading to an illiterate human being and received no response. the story goes like, i have parked my car in front of coopers and was told that it is not allowed unless i pay 30AED, i accepted the the request but was unfortunately disappointed to know that the workers tried to fraud me as i as a costumer could just park my car, stamp my valet ticket inside without paying. and then as i was leaving, and asked them to be explained with what really happened, even though aim obviously a costumer. I was blamed that i was clueless and did not fuc*ing the rules. regards, misinformed costumer.

Lorenzino GiustiThis is quite a good hotel, very comfortable rooms, good service, good restaurants. However, I have been waiting since June 14 for a refund for having been charged twice for the same booking. Lots of paperwork, emails, discussions with check in staff, but practically no action.

Kevin PereiraMy friend, my fiance and i went to cooper on a tuesday and it was free booz for teachers and my fiance is a teacher so we showed a id card to the waiter and were ordering our drinks half way trough we cleared our bill and my friend asked me to sit for another round and i we sat and has couple more drinks by the end of it we were pretty drunk and we decided pay and leave.. we asked for the bill and when we got our check we were suprised cause it was not how much we expected but we managed to pay off and the next day i find the bill and realised the waiter had charged for all my fiances drinks and we stupidly paid an extra 300 bucks... just because people are drunk dont do things like this it would have bee better if they would have assited us and not cheated by the end of it was a good start but endend very dissapponted.. will not return to coopers.. VERY DISAPPOINTED....

Mohammad AlHuraizWe had a pretty good deal here and the stay was quite pleasant for a week. The coffee in morning tasted awful and everything is a few kilometers away from the hotel, otherwise the hotel itself is quite solid with a very hospitable staff.

Lawrence ThompsonThis hotel makes a lot of claims on their website. "Park Arjaan by Rotana - a new edge of modern living" is the first line. They claim to have "up-to-date technology and facilities." They also claim to have high speed internet. I think this is quite a bit of an overstatement. Whats considered to be high speed internet is an average speed of 8-10 mbps. Today, I checked my connections speed and Im getting 1.36 mbps. In my opinion, its comparable to 1990s dial up internet. Its also stated on their website that they offer Multichannel satellite television. What they dont tell you is that it often goes in and out. Not to mention, the TV volume is almost inaudible at a setting of 50 out of a 100. You might ask why I just dont turn the volume up higher....Well, its programmed so you cant. Im sure they got their high ratings from the facilities located on the bottom floor. But as for the 10 floors above it.... I give it a rating just above a Motel 6. On a lighter note, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and courteous.
