The premises is well suited in the heart of downtown Abu Dhabi with restaurants and cafés nearby. However, they need to train their room service staff and the valet, intensively. The cleanness of the room is acceptable, but the towels are really overused.

Nice location for shisha (hooka) Lovers and for dine inn... Discothek at the groundfloor is a little Bit Loud But anyway nice place. Good food, good variety of Fresh fruitjuices. Sitting outside is a bit uncomfortable since its Close to the Main Street but for Those who like to sit outside, its Possible here.

Amongst the cheapest hotels.in abu dhabi but very good rooms. Hotel is comparatively new and furniture is new andwell maintained. Hotel allowes u to order food and get it delivered. It has a decent shisha bar in ground level. Shisha restaurant is bit pricey. Hotel is just on a traffic signal in Hamdan street, hence a bit noisy all the while. Not a great view from the rooms butfpr the price they offer a very gud location close to corniche.

Simple fantastic stay!!! I was extremely happy with the hotel. The level of staff professionalism and cleanliness of the rooms was way beyond my expectation. Probably the first hotel I stayed where I got a good size portioned meal for decent price. A special thanks to Mr. Bilal at the reception desk for making my checkin and checkout process as smooth as silk. Mr. Ram from the dining and Mr. Zubaed from valet parking. The housekeeping team also deserves a round of applause from me. Thanks all of you for a lovely & pleasant stay. I am surely coming back. Please keep up the excellent service.

Hotel was disappointing. Our first rooms bathroom smelled really bad. The second room had a bit of an odd smell as well, and the sheets on the bed were cleaned with strong detergent which made us itchy. Whenever we did need service in the room (eg the weigh scale was out of batteries) it took a really long time and the service was unfriendly. Location was great for us, but we wont be going back. Do not buy anything from the cafe we order a banana and 2 Karak chai. It came to 55 dirhams for both, which is ridiculous. Most karak places are 1 dirham for one Karak chai. Ridiculous.

Brand spanking new hotel. It took 45 minutes for the lady at the reception to check us in and she upgraded us to a suite to make up for it. Excellently furnished, thoroughly comfortable and luxurious. The air-conditioning however was way too cold and didnt turn off either. Breakfast is a sparse buffet, nothing to write home about. However I give the hotel 5 stars because of its plush bedding and decor for a great nights sleep!

The reception staff are cheerful and helpful, the security guy was more than happy to arrange phone top-up cards for me via a phone call while I went back to my air conditioned room instead of venturing out into the 40+ degree heat! The rooms are the best Ive ever seen for a 3*, by UK / USA standards, this is easily a 4* hotel in the decor, the showers are powerful and hot, the rooms are well decorated and the beds are comfy with a good selection of pillows to suit most tastes. The tv picks up the standard channels with enough in english to provide some entertainment, if the internet options arent to your choice. My internet here is as fast as my service back home in the UK - was able to hold crystal clear hour-long skype calls for free which was really good. If I was going to pick, the food isnt spectacular, but its more than adequate. The breakfast is buffet-style and theres enough to go at that youll fill up nicely, just dont expect gourmet-style food. A medium sized pizza and a can of sprite will set you back 35aed, which is about £6 - and thats brought to your room. The full board option is a set menu except for Thursday and Friday when its a buffet, again, nothing to set your pants on fire but more than adequate. No pool, which loses it a mark but it does have a decent (albeit small) gym but if you fancy getting your sweat on, just walk around the block. Theres a decent supermarket literally 30 seconds from the front door and they sell a wide variety of items from electrics to snacks, toiletries, luggage and clothing - theyre open til 11pm too which is handy for late night munchies. All in all, a good hotel in a central location and really nice staff. Id definitely stay here again, worth a look if youre shopping for a hotel in Abu Dhabi.
