Amazing place 4 stars hotel I like the place. Its very quite and staffs are very friendly I like the gym very big gym and also You can crossfit and core training with new and clean machines fitness first brand. And also you can enjoy the swimming pool with your family, there is garden with chairs beside the swimming pool you can just sit and relax..bawaba alsharq mall is very close to hotel 5 minutes by car very big mall with lots of restaurants and shops also there is a NOVO cinema.

The worst in uae. Needs renovation. The curtains are so dirty. The swimming pool is 90 degree temp "seems the hotel mgt do not know abt the technology of keeping the water cold". Rude reception. Imagine no baby beds after you book but before they say its available . Do not visit plz try to avoid this hotel and save your money and mood!!

Manager was extremely rude. He refused to see me when asked to correct a problem with my reservation. One staff member also tried to deceive me with the room price for an upgrade. I was very disappointed with the service.

Its a very good budget hotel and clean..staff are friendly and professional..the only issue with the hotel which they didnt fix it for more than 2 years is the bathroom shower..the pressure keeps changing and the water temperature also..from cold to very hot water
