Pros - really helpful and supportive staff. The hotel has its own private beach and great swimming pools. Lobby and internal public areas are quite stunning. Well located. Cons - rooms are a bit tired. Valet parking car be a bit slow sometimes. Overall - for the money we paid for our 2 bedroom suite, good value for money. The suite being a bit tired, didn’t have a wow factor but was practical and together with the rest of the hotel amenities, we are quite happy and would stay here again. Definitely recommend to others especially for families on holiday. The hotel is dry as in serves no alcohol. For us, that wasnt an issue. (duty free from airport in our luggage... If you know what we mean!) Also, no pork / bacon / ham served. But plenty of alternatives so we didnt feel anything was missed. All in all, good hotel. :-)

Excellent service, staff and food, the location is heavenly and complete with every comfort you can wish for, its great for families, singles or couples. The pool is vast and beach is pristine, plenty of water sports and life guards are diligent to ensure your safety. Rooms are spotless and house keeping staff come frequently to ensure you have all your needs such as coffee, tea, milk and toilet paper will stocked. Loved it!

One of the best hotels to stay at holidays. The hotel is great, clean and in a good style. The hotel got a nice facilities like a wide pool, and nice private beach. The staff is amazing and very friendly. This place is suitable for couples, friends and families. The breakfast is good. The sea view rooms are the best.

The hotel location is very nice. It has many facilities for the kids which makes it good for families. During Eid time it was a little over crowded and many kids running and making noises at night. We asked for two connected rooms we got two on same floor but separated by more than 20 rooms! The toilet doesnt have normal washing pipe near the wc which is strange. Pool was big and nice and interesting.

The Hotel rooms has an amazing view from what we booked. You should always choose the one with balcony. Our rooms balcony has an amazing view of the pool and the other side is the emirates palace. They dont have dental kits on the room but you can always request. The room is super clean and the ambience is satisfactory. The cable connection is awesome they have lots of channels to watch from. Always book a room with a free breakfast. The breakfast from the Horizons is above my expectations though its a buffet the food that was served was all good and i even had to taste each one. The pool was amazing, visually it really looks good because of the landscape adorned by beautiful red umbrellas. Though it was hot season you wouldnt feel it because it was full of shades. The front desk who checked us in was a breeze and accomodating to. The check out was the fastest too. It is a must go and experience hotel

Not welcoming as it was in 2015 , the disadvantages from my last time stay in 2015 is that they are not welcoming ,they were not smiley as they are forced to work if it was one staff i would understand that might be due to him/her facing issues that day/ week but the majority were that way , treating expats foreigners way better and more importantly then locals it seemed to me , i got promised to have the same rate and a free upgrade by the second week of ramadan but unfortunately that was not achieved and they have doubled the price for the second week in ramadan on me , the beach and the pool are great place for relaxation after a stressed day of work the room are clean and the housekeeping were great making it up and being tight .. overall i would rate it as an average hotel for the year 2017 maybe they got satisfied and thats why not caring as it was not sure تلخيص بالعربي بكلام بسيط جداً معاملة المواطنين فهالفنذق تفرق مقارنة معاملتهم للاجانب الاوروبين بالأخص و الاخرين بشكل عام

It is a great hotel , breakfast was awesome but unfortunately I am really upset about the staff what working at the restaurant. Because I am Australian born Chinese , I was treated very differently compare to other European !! I was on the line with my son to get the restaurant this morning and the staff served the other European couple behind me , like I am invisible! I am horrified and felt disrespected. Stay here for a week now , I noticed the different treatment I am getting , no coffee was serve I asked 3 times! i feel is ok considering it is busy time, however what happen today is unacceptable!!!

Overall a very well equipped hotel, however a very few members of staff let down the whole team and overall appeal of this hotel in my eyes. Were it not for those individuals id rate this hotel a 4, the hotel is very well equipped, rooms are very well sized and the views are great (alot of construction taking place close by, but most should be complete within 6months). The only problem we had with the rooms were the lack of water hoses for washing, weve stayed at over 7 hotels in the middle east and this was the first to not have a wash hose, obviously not a problem for all but an annoying inconvenience for us. Lots to do at the hotel, aqua cycling, jet skiing. A very interesting swimming pool, a well equipped gym, a spa and two restaurants on site. The hotel has access to its own mini beach. Food at Horizon was great albeit pricey (im not sure how it compares to others in Abu Dhabi but certainly more expensive than Dubai) Food/Shisha at Kamoon is ranked highly amongst the locals and its obvious why, they do really well here to maintain a lovely ambience for guests, a must for those who enjoy smoking shisha. A great hotel with an outstanding staff and nice amenities. The hotel offers an awesome swimming pool for almost any age along with a sauna, jacuzzi and a Steam room separated by gender. The view on the Sea is also something to keep note off while booking as its pretty outstanding. The breakfast also sorts some good variation and is delicious. Finally, the only drawback that I have seen is if your view is on the Emirates Palace you will be disturbed by the ugly construction going on. I would definitely recommend this hotel but as an advice never book through their website as it is pretty expensive and use other booking sites because they provide cheaper prices.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kostenloses WLAN, kostenlose Parkplätze, gutes Fitnessstudio. Die Poollandschaft war sehr groß und gepflegt. Die Lage am Ende der Corniche neben dem Emirates Palace und dem Präsidenten Palast war sehr gut und nah zur Marina Mall. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, absolut empfehlenswert.

Un buon hotel soprattutto per la presenza di una spiaggia privata. Il prezzo é ragionevole trattandosi di un 5 stelle. La nostra camera al 11 piano gode di una splendida vista sulle piscine e sul mare, tuttavia non ha il balcone. Molto spaziosa, pulita e comfortevole. Bagno grande, dotato di vasca e doccia. Internet funzionante (gratuito nella lobby e a pagamento nelle camere), ma non troppo veloce. Lunica cosa decisamente da migliorare sono i tempi alla reception. 20 Min per un check in sono esagerati. Mi sono sembrati poco organizzati.

Плюсы: спокойное место, клиентоориентированный персонал, хорошая инфраструктура отеля, удобное месторасположение. Минусы: приезжаю в этот период в третий раз и с сожалением могу отметить, что сервис становится хуже. 1) сильно сократился ассортимент на завтраках; по фруктам стало просто неприлично мало, в основном консервированная нарезка. Просто не очень спелые арбузы, нарезка ананасов только по запросу и т.п. 2) очень медленный интернет; 3) даже на новогоднем ужине не было живой музыки или какого-то еще элемента праздника/шоу. А раньше живая музыка вечерами в лобби была регулярно 4) сменили поставщика шампуней/гелей/.., утюги в номерах без отпаривания - все стало попроще; 5) персонал вроде дружелюбный, но профессионализм резко упал, даже в мелочах - "потеряли" заявленную фруктовую тарелку для "постоянных гостей", room service не смогли найти bottle opener (и его пришлось покупать в молле за 15 aed), некорректно дали цену на ужин (супервайзер потом приносил извинения), нельзя записать расходы на номер в ресторане (просят оплату сразу) и т.п. В общем, в целом неплохо, но отель реально стал хуже относиться к клиентам, - либо активирована какая-то политика сокращения расходов. Сокращение ассортимента еды на завтраках и объема порций на ужинах оставляет неожиданно неприятное впечатление.

Chambre très spacieuse avec vue sur la mer. Le personnel est très attentionné. Lhôtel est très bien placé, proche de lEmirate palace et des Etihad towers. Pour les points négatifs : jai trouvé que la climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruit et malgré mes efforts je nai pas réussi à réduire la ventilation. Le thermostat est vétuste et pas pratique. Les boutons "Do not disturb" / "Make up my Room" sont pratiques, mais esthétiquement pas au niveau dun hôtel 5*.

Номера уютные, убирают каждый день, обслуживающий персонал без замечаний, интернет платный ( это в 5 звездах) завтраки однообразные ...за 10 дней все приедается, пляж без замечаний ...но водные развлечения не вкл..хотя в описании есть, фитнес зал — отлично!

Viele Salate und Obst reichlich.Service im Restaurant schnell und sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer sehr geräumig. Zimmerservice vom Besten.Poolanlage zufriedenstellend. Meer viel zu warm ( 38 Grad ) Ende Sep. 2011.Alles in allem, für den größeren Geldbeutel hervorragend geeignet.
