I stayed for one week while my apartment was being renovated. I was treated like royalty from the time I walked in the doors. I was given hand cloth while at reception, to wipe my hands, and given a beautiful juice. I was taken to my room and was amazed in how large it was and well set out. It had everything I needed and more. It was very clean and cleaned daily. Great coffee machine and selection of coffee in the kitchenette. Had good sleep every night and heard very little noise from outside. Great views out to the ocean. Free high speed internet. Thanks to all staff for great week. Stayed November 2012.

I have worked in Abu Dhabi for 5 years. 3 out of 5 years we stayed at a two bedroom service apartment within the hotel. Management and staff is outstanding and the building is of high quality and high standard. Same for all the restaurants. We now live in Europe and return to Jumeirah Etihad towers Abu Dhabi every year and stay in the hotel room or service apartment. I have stayed in many hotels around Abu Dhabi, Dubai and around the world. Jumeirah Etihad towers hotel has become our favorite.

Really good altogether. Rooms great. Breakfast great. Service staff great. Good great. However.... Construction next to the hotel and opposite the beach. Nothing they can do. Service on the beach and pool only so so. Not much staff to service this big area. But overall really great.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I enjoyed great food, spacious rooms and the staff was always friendly. The Observation Deck at 300 offers a fantastic view on Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great escape in the middle of the city, fantastic views from high floor rooms, two pools, private beach, spa and restaurants available. Employees are very polite, but not intrusive, which is great for business travels. Definitely recommended!

This is the Mazoon Ball room at Jumirah Hotel at Etihad Towers, i was amazed on how the acoustics was amazing, the lighting can change color in this particular occasion (Oman National day Celebration) they turned them to Oman flag colors. I highly recommend Umm Ali sweet however the food was generally very good.

We "treated" ourselves to a stay here once on a stopover and within one night it was our favourite hotel ever. The rooms are spacious, the in-room amenities thoughtful and plentiful, the beds super-comfy, and the views spectacular. The pool area is spectacular and has plenty of shade for those worried about burning to a crisp - with huge king size bed sunbeds its a great place to sleep off a little jetlag. The staff are always helpful and seem to particularly love babies and children. The Avenue mall attached has a Waitrose which means that forgetting to pack something means no more drama than nipping to the shop, really handy if you are travelling with kids! Free access to the Observation Deck at 300 (75 stories up with 360 degree views) is a nice bonus too. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

Praticamente não há o que se falar sobre este hotel a não ser a palavra "perfeito", desde a sua chegada (onde te servem um suco e uma toalhas húmidas para limpar a mão) até o momento do check-out toda a atenção é dada ao hóspede de todas as formas possíveis e impossíveis de se imaginar. Os quartos são amplos, modernos, possuindo todo o controle de iluminação e persiana ao lado das camas. A educação dos funcionários é uma coisa impar, visto que, no momento da minha chegada apenas um dos dois quartos estava pronto, a preocupação deles foi absurdamente grande e em minutos, tudo se resolveu. Dentro do hotel se possuí um observatório que possuí entrada de graça para os hóspedes, a qualquer hora do dia, todos os dias. O café da manhã é muito farto, com várias opções, porém, há de se chegar cedo no café para pegar tudo da melhor forma possível. Quartos amplos e sempre bem arrumados. Não é atoa que possui uma excelente colocação.

بِسْم الله الرحمن الرحيم السلام عليكم الفندق موقعه ممتاز قريب من مارينا مول، يتكون من عدة طوابق وله اطلاله جيدة، الافطار متنوع ولذيذ، يقدم لكم الفندق خدمة صف السيارة وإحضارها عند الخروج من الفندق، دورة المياة لايوجد بها تهوية كافيه خاصة ان الواجهة قزاز وعند النهار ومع دخول أشعه الشمس داخل دورة المياة يصبح المكان حار بسبب ضعف التهوية، يوفر الفندق كافة الخدمات ومن أهمها توفير كواية الملابس داخل غرف الفندق، وعند دخول الغرفة توجد ضيافة عبارة عن قطعة كيكة شوكولا وفاكهة وعصير تفاح، طاقم الفريق جيد خاصة في تنظيف الغرف والاستقبال، ولكن في مطعم الافطار هناك موظفة عربية تعاملها غير لطيف للأسف بعكس العمالة الأجنبية فهم ودودين جدا، نصيحة: للإفراد الذين يعانون من أمراض مثل الضغط والقلب عدم السكن في الطوابق العليا للفندق وذلك لان الاصنصير سريع جدا في النزول وكذلك الصعود مما قد يتسبب في لخبطة في الدورة الدموية لهم، أتمنى للجميع طيب الإقامة في فندق جميرا ابراج الاتحاد، تحياتي.
