Awesome stay in this place. high class in design and romantic room with bath merged in the room itself. Lights makes you feel so good. The sea view is incredible. The design of the room is very rare even in the high class hotels and this because the bath has view with the room and even outside. The bed is comfortable and all lights can be controlled from the bed. The blue lights from outside gives you romantic view to the outside. I really enjoyed the 2 nights stay with them. Only the bad thing is you have two have to lifts to go up or down since the hotel starts from 18 floor.

Celebrated my 24 birthday here... The staff are very friendly and helpful.. the rooms are very spacious and clean..The pool is beautiful and the 18 degrees restaurant is also amazing place to dine in... Thanks hyatt capital gate for making my birthday so special..With cake n bottle of wine....

The reception is great. But to get to the main reception desk you will have to take an elevator upto the 18th floor. It was good stay.

The design of the Hyatt Capital Gate was what made me stay the first time, but I am drawn back to it by the great customer service and greeting that they give guests. The rooms are big and take full advantage of the views from the twisted building.

An amazing design and a great hotel, right next to the exhibition centre and convenient for the airport. A little way from the centre of town, but you need a taxi to get to most places anyway.

Great hotel for business meetings. Reasonable priced and only 25 minutes from the airport. It has a nice terrace that offers great happy hour prices and a great variety of small bites. The view is breathtaking.

Had an excellent quick overnight stay here on our honeymoon. They kindly upgraded us to a suite which was awesome, and the room was modern and comfortable. Quick taxi ride to/from the airport so the location is nice, and well definitely look to stay here again when were back in Abu Dhabi.

Hotel was nice, but sadly not really close to anywhere you could walk to in the evening. Room was spacious and with a good view. Only downside was the mattress sagged a little to one side which I rectified by wedging a towel under it. I didnt say anything to the staff as Id solved the issue, so cant comment on how they would have dealt with it.

Simply wonderful place to stay in! Concern with Facilities: I had a broken clock! When I asked for someone to check it, he tried to convince me that its working and not to do anything. They changed the clock after my second complaint. Concern with Service: I wish if the elevator could go straight from the upper stages to the ground. Buttons are there but locked and not working. WiFi is not free. Overall: Wonderful experience and much more pros than cons. Clean, quality, luxury, care, and value.

Будівля, що потрапила у Книгу рекордів Гінеса, як самий похилий хмарочос 18 (градусів) вже сама по собі викликає зацікавленість, описати її словами важко, сфотографувати, зважаючи на масштаб також, тут треба побувати, щоб оцінити архітектуру і справжню якість обслуговування від Hyatt. Дуже креативний дизайн номерів, всі фото номерів на сайті готелю відповідають дійсності, скляна стінка у ванну має шторку) Басейн на 19 поверсі, вид на місто супер, особливо увечері. Жили на 30 поверсі, нічний пейзаж захоплюючий. Персонал привітний, як вирішують проблеми не знаю, їх тут, мабуть, не буває) Готель не пляжний, але зручно розташований відносно острова Яс та інших цікавих місць.

A parte de la hermosa muestra arquitectónica emblemática, el hotel es hermoso. Para ser sinceros, desde afuera como desde adentro su arquitectura es sencillamente increíble. Las habitaciones y todos los interiores del hotel están definidos por la forma orgánica de su fachada. Es con seguridad una de las siluetas más simbólicas de toda la ciudad y puede ser tratado como el icono arquitectónico más delicioso y único de la ciudad. El servicio esta al nivel deseado y la variedad de oferta gastronómica es de talla mundial. Si su visita es de turismo, con las fotos de la arquitectura puede darse por satisfecho.

Отель безусловный шедевр инженерной мысли. Архитектура впечатляет как снаружи так и внутри. Огромный атриум, если смотреть с верхнего этажа захватывает дух. Открытый бассейн на 20 этаже с видом на город. На том же этаже приятный хамам. В номере хорошее вентилирование, панорамные окна, очень мягкая кровать. В отеле есть русскоговорящий персонал, но сам отель находится далеко от центральных туристических улиц, пляжей и молов.
