Wonderful, clean and modern place. Good WiFi. Bathroom is compact and spotless. Friendly helpful staff. The free bottle of water in the room is a welcome sight for a hot and tired traveller! Those little things really make a difference!

Place is Good for the price of the rooms clean and neat .Prompt service . However no amenities provided in the wash rooms like tooth brush and paste or even shampoo. Food is tasty prices are 5 star. Rest was fantastic.

First of all is a beatiful hotel, within an italian restaurant, a tipical restaurant and a belgian beer cafe. Has also a swimming pool to the second floor, table tennis, biliard, coiffeur and massages. Unfortunately during ramadan, to have dinner, are open only the tipical buffet restaurant and the pub, which are quite enough. Are also available two desktop at the ground floor and they are able to change money. At last there taxis ready to go at every hours. Very nice experience

Rooms are small (but new) and the location isnt great if you plan on spending a lot of time downtown. Perhaps overpriced? Good for a stopover, the breakfast is pretty good if it is included in your room cost.

Not a bad place to stay. The rooms are very small and the space is not used properly. However, the hotel has a good gym and lots of recreational activities to keep you busy. It should be noted the hotel is far away from anything. There is a gas station with a burger king about 15 min away by foot.

عبارة عن فندقين الاول (نوڤتيل) والثاني (ابيس نوڤتيل "اقتصادي") لا فرق بينهم سوا ان الأول يوجد به خدمة صف السيارة وحمل الحقائب والسعر أعلى نظرا للخدمات هذه ، للاسف حجزت غرفه في ابيس نوڤتيل لثلاث اشخاص ب٣ سرير مفرد من بوكينج ، وتفاجأت انه بسرير نفر ونصف لشخص واحد !! طلبت منهم تنفيذ طلبي وسولي ترقية لعدم توفر طلبي في ابيس نوڤتيل الى فندق نوڤتيل وكأنك يازيد ماغزيت اصغر من غرفة حجزي الاول ولما طلبت منهم تنفيذ طلبي ثلاث اسّرة قالو لا يوجد لدينا طلبك قلت كيف تحطونها في بوكينج ولا توفرونها للنزلاء !! قال راح اكلم المدير وبعد جهد جهيد وفرو لي سريرين اضافية صغيرة غير مريحة ووضعوها لي في الصالة ولا يوجد ستارة بلاك وايت ايضاً (تصريفة) ... بوجه عام الفندق نظيف وأعطيه تقييم كامل لو كان حجزي كما طلبت .
