Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff ! One of the good thing is that there is a bus stop very near the hotel so you can come by bus from the airport. Which is good if you want to save money! If you feel like it you can go to interesting places just with the bus, if you have time... Or the position is very central so taxi prices is average to visit places. We didnt go to the events but there is many all along the week!

The rooms are up to the Novotel standard - well maintained and clean with very good furnishing. The East-facing swimming pool means it only gets sun in the morning. Good dining options and a nice place to relax in the evening. Quite affordable and very friendly staff.

And also Fantastic group of people in the Gym.headed by Mustafa. Its a great hotel and I recommend it with no reservation , and I am actually thinking to extend my stay here for the next 2 years

I called in advance for reservation at the hotels steakhouse, got the info it is closed on Sundays, inclusive on jan 1st. Its an absurd! This is not the way to run business. In this country it is weekday!

Room service & Housekeeping is not satisfactory. I believe being an Indian guest in a hotel where RS & HK both being served by Indians is not a good combination. I always love the hospitality of Asian staff/people (excluding Indian, Pakistani community). But the reception and restaurant (Asian staff) is great..... Biggest Disappointment: No Indian staff ever greets you. I strongly believe that they feel bad to interact with Indian guests. Not even a smile on their faces (Except reception staff).
