This is a great hotel. Good value. I have stayed twice and found the staff to be friendly efficient and helpful. The rooms are nice and they are clean. My only gripe was with the Rouge restaurant where I found the service to be more than ma little slow. I ordered a medium rare steak and it eventually arrived well beyond the other side of well cooked.

So I stayed in this hotel on may 18th this year .. and what happened was they wanted a deposit and at that time I didnt give them cash so I said take an amount from my debit card .. I thought they will give it back to me but Idk what happened and its been 5 months now and i have no deposit back at all to my ATM visa .. i had a fight with adib over that but they said they didnt clear the amount to return it back .. every time i call them manager he confirm that its not them issue but actually it is cuz the whole service is garbage other wise this will never happened to me .. quick adobe if you ever come to this hotel never book from your visa or hold any money .. deal with cash other wise they will eat it up !

I was REALLY thirsty after a visit to an under-construction site. Luckily, I had succeeded in staying "clean". I just randomly parked the car and asked security chap I saw if ANY bar was open at that time (it was a bit past noon). He guided me to the pool bar lounge where I was super-cold beer, and a lovely meal.

انتبهوا.. عمال سفط السيارات صادمين بسيارتي ومغطين على بعض ومنكرين والادارة مغطيه عليهم Warning from Diamond member: Valet drivers reversed my car into a wall. Hotel management were quick to drop responsibility and the security personnel prevented me from seeing the cameras until they were manipulated to show unclear video. Make sure you check the car before giving it to the valet and after picking it up! Check that you have a receipt that shows no damage.

Been here for a four day trip. First day found a nice running route to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, not very far from the hotel. There is a Carrefour 5 min walk away, incase if you want to stock up your room. Great pool, should be approx 32 m in length. Breakfast is very nice, but the egg station moves painfully slow, super orange juice served on the table. Room service was good, ordered the Nasi Goreng twice. Arabic coffee at the reception level is a nice touch. Concierge is not very helpful, considering there is a fair amount of things to do especially at the Yas.

But the only weak point is internet speed which is in desperate need of upgrade in speed !! That would perfect it for me because fast internet is just a requirement these days!!✌

My wife and I are 3 year residents here in A D and our favorite place to relax and enjoy the company of friends or alone time is Noche in Hilton Abu Dhabi. Very relaxed vibe. Staff, especially Maria, Natalia, Alena,Julia, Hazel, Angy are the best! We get the VIP treatment, for average Joes! Even our charcoal guys are spot on! And having gotten used to slow to lousy service which is widespread in UAE dining establishments the Noche crew is amazing!

Great customer service, excellent facilities, we use the spa, gym and pool regularly. The Small pool inside the "wet" area of the gym is perhaps too small, but the pool in the floor above is appropriately acclimated, heated when is considered cold here in AD, and Chilled during summer months, when it can be as hot as 50C (over 120F). The restaurants are good, and the food of decent quality, they are Michelin Star quality, but pretty good still.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The facilities are really awesome! Everything is very clean, everything is very new. The breakfast is really good, lots of variety (a little pricey though; brunch on Fridays is a little more expensive). It is really close to the Grand Mosque, though it is further away from the rest of the attractions in Abu Dhabi, which is closer to Downtown; if I came back for leisure, I probably stay somewhere else closer to Downtown.

As Diamond member & frequent Hilton brand supporter. Overall I enjoyed the experience. Room was spacious & clean so was the bathroom. Lounge access was Ok i have been to larger & better offering than this hotel, but did the job. Super friendly personal & will make sure to recognize you & greet you by name. Price reasonable. I utilized dry cleaning services & was on time. Few suggestions: 1. Biz travelers require more than Two outlets at desk (one you have to hunt for under desk) I had to use Bathroom outlet to charge my tablet 2. Smoking. While I understand this middle east region still behind as hotel brand. At minimum separate smoking in restaurant. It stunk. Smoking around your enclosed (2ed floor) coffee shop shouldnt be allowed. Why do smokers have more right to pollute air I breath? 3. I tried paid breakfast downstairs (as Diamond member you dont get it for free) breakfast area compared to price is truly lacking, especially if I compare it to Rotana where my parents stayed. Service as well needs to improve there. Overall if you looking for hotel that avoids traffic and there for biz this be a choice. If looking for beach try Rotana hotels. Avoid Hilton on Corniche not really on beach. Of course if you care about Hilton status & nights those are two Hilton choices

i had my weeding there six month ago and had a terrible services the food on tabels was too little and most guests did not have any thing left to eat . missing things from my contract no salad no cake no shrimp no tea no coffee and when i asked them to bring more food they refused,can u imagine four vin leaves for eight persons on a table plus a small amount of every ting barley enough for four it was embarrassing and the worse i wrote a complain and send it to them and untill now no body meet me they ignore me totally but i will make sure that this issuse will be on the court soon and i have all the document ready with proofs.i paied 180 dirhams for each guest and recived 20 dirhams worth of food
