Nice place to stay. Beautiful private beach overlooking the famous Shaikh Zayed Mosque. Staff is very polite and always willing to help you but never ask for an extra pillow ( you know what I mean), you will not get that here. Open air bar located over the ramp at the beach will win your heart. However, what you will miss here is night club/disc.

This is such a wonderful hotel that has everything you need for a staycation. Located in middle of city of AD so everything is within your reach Service is GREAT you can pretty much ask anything you want from the reception! The pool is big enough to endulge yourself with cool water. Tip: free iced water is available! The rooms are very spacious and let a lot of sunshine in. It has many options to dine in: Cuisines is for breakfast and it has maaaanyyyy options my best was the almond crossaint. Sports bar for bar food.

Im writing to share my experience at the pool beach. I was trying to just have a nice relaxing day to celebrate my birthday , all the other hotels/pools were packed and there was little support they could offer. But here at Fairmont, Ms. Judy Harris showed excellent service and I was so touched by her efforts to assist us that I felt I should post a thank you sonewhere so people can know how dedicated and awesome she is!

Awful experience, to the extend that its hard to believe this is possible in UAE where the service is excellent. Hotel doesnt have any resemblance with renowned 5 star chain of Fairmont hotels. I planned a wedding there for my client on February 18, and we received many complains from the wedding hosts as well as guests not to mention our own complains. Very rude, inattentive and unprofessional banqueting staff. The cake wasnt cut, the lawn wasnt clean and had plastic bottles and papers allover, the waiters were coming to the dj and asking to stop the music at 9 pm, while the contract was until 11pm, banqueting staff started to remove the tables while the guests were still eating the dinner, we all felt like we are receiving favour from them. The good points is the view from the lawn and food was quiet good. However think twice if you want to host event there.

Out of 2 hotels Ive been too. This is the best. You have access to gym and pool upto 9pm. You also have access to the sea. But I dont recommend swimming there. Your body gets itchy. Outgoing and welcoming staff. Trampoline at pool area. Exotic reception area. Fantastic view from rooms with the chance of seeing Sheikh Zayed Mosque. Marvellous room designs. Showers have half viewable glass. Best for couples. Not a family. I would really love to stay there again.

It was a while ago that i came here, but my experience was so filled with service gaps and unpleasant incedences that i swore to one day leave a review. Me and my friend came here with two chicas in January. To be to the point about this. We asked for 2 iphone chargers. We were told wed get some, we had to ask a 2nd and then a 3rd time and in the end we only got 1. We ordered some double vodka shots in cups and a jar of cranberry juice, i am not sure in what planet the amount of vodka given in each glass would be considered a double, just trust me when i say ive had singles that contained the same amount. Prices of those drinks, of course, through the roof mate. On top of all that we were forced to pay for them right away. The next morning, i swear to god i dont know who trained this kid, but the room service person, at 9-10am LITERALLY rang the bell 3 times. In quick succesion. I literally got up and was on the way o the door as he rang it 2 more times after the initial blow. The TV, you have to pay to watch movies, as if the 2000dhs for the night only wasnt enough to cover a few movies aswell. The room was bloody amazing. The service was that of a cheap hotel in Bur Dubai. Overall it was a horrible experience, other hotels would never make such silly mistakes to high paying guests. Im no hot shot, i paid alot for that room and it was just not up to par. 10/10 would never set foot in there again.

I reserved a table in the restaurant for iftar and the person who answered me laughed and said she forgot!!!! I asked for sohor and 3 times called to check where it is and one who answered me said sorry what was ur order, u said u ordered right so what was it ... he trying to make me feel like Im a lair.

Great hotel choice: solid breakfast buffet, good dining options, excellent views from the west side of the hotel, nice pool and beach area, a gym with no compromises, great staff. The only (very important) piece that needs improvement is the wifi signal, which is very spotty and poor at best. Would stay here again nevertheless.

Recensione x il brunch del venerdì che si svolge con la partecipazione di tutti i ristoranti dellhotel con 6 o 7 live cooking station. Secondo me, uno dei migliori di Abu Dhabi. Musica dal vivo e buffet che, senza esagerare, sarà lungo 250mt come minimo. Ottima scelta di...tutto. Assolutamente da provare. Prezzi bassi se si considera la qualità e la vastità della scelta. Circa 280AED compreso laccesso alla spiaggia e la piscina (temperature permettendo!)
