This is like one of the best hotels i have visited just the building and the look gives you that feeling of greatness i visited the sports bar and was amazed by the services provide by the staffs. Very attentive, respectful and friendly. I loved it

Extremely load music and base all night from the night club on the 12th floor. it can be heared all the way to the 1st floor. The duty manager is misleading the guests by telling them he would try to bring volume down. Never stay in this hotel If you want to enjoy a good night sleep.

Great check-in experience and very friendly staff who recognised me after only one visit. Café (Fifth Place) serves OK coffee and nice food, for both breakfast and dinner. Easy access to the mall and nice, comfy rooms with good bathrooms. Well priced.

This is a great hotel, lovely rooms, breakfast, rooftop bar, and of course the mall. But, by far the best thing about this hotel are the staff. They could not be more helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Small rooms; small beds but truly cozy and nice for the price you pay. After more than 20 hours flying and getting to the room I truly had one of the nicest showers Ive had in many years. The breakfast is great with many options and great service and food. Right in the middle of abu dhabi business if you are here for that.

Great hotel, made special by the quality of the staff. The breakfast is outstanding - from wholesome fruit salads to masala dosas. What I really appreciate about the hotel is how personalized the service is. I was just there for a week, and towards the end, Amit, the duty manager, not only knew me by name, but also gave me a call personally when i forgot some valuables in the room after checkout. I will stay here every time Im in Abu Dhabi.

Hello everyone, My wife and I stayed here for 8 days and we loved this hotel and thought it was well worth the money we paid. We stayed on the 5th floor right on the main road and noise was never a problem for us. We arrived in as a walk -in guest at 16:00hrs and this was not a problem for the staff who were in a lovely mood to book us on spot. The staff were all happy to give us advice and solve our problems quickly. Breakfast was exceptionally good and included with our price, again the BISTRO staff AMIT SINGH and PRAMISHA were excellent people there (Hattsoff). Location was excellent and not too far from all the famous Malls and City centre the only problem we had was, the room which wasnt big enough to spend our 8 days. But, that wont stop me to book there again. Not to forget the Super quick Free Valet service, the Team was great in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who desire to experience excellence. R.Meman Amsterdam

This place totally sucks. They are inconsiderate of the residents/area around them and play loud music until 2:30 am on weeknights from their crappy rooftop lounge which has 10 guests on a busy night, which we can hear up on the residence next door more than 30 floors up. Plus I question the hygiene of the place. I once saw a roach crawling around their restaurant and found a hair in my food. Do not visit or stay here no matter what. Do not let low price fool you.
